an incredible 1205sq ft (112sq M) of spacious comfort; indulgent King en-suite; exceptionally well kitted out; al fresco dining; screened French-doors offering an indoor-outdoor experience; single level with no steps to enter; covered porch with amazing garden views; a birder's bliss; gated estate; secure parking; large swimming pool; private grounds. Guests can take a walk (20mins) across the Golf- greens to the nearby neighborhood beaches. Amenities like supermarkets, convenience store, chemist, petrol station, banks, beaches, bakeries and restaurants are roughly 10/15 minute Drive away. After driving through the security gates onto the estate, guests can conveniently park alongside their private Apartment. Hosts and service staff are fully vaccinated. Guests are offered flexible check in and check out considerations upon request. Beach towels and pool towels are provided so no need to pack these items.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment and estate are beautiful, well-kept, and family-friendly. The hosts were warm and thoughtful my kid adored the pool. A wonderful base for summer memories, we can’t wait to return!

Staying at Little Oasis was indeed very relaxing. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts were very friendly and attentive to our needs and prepared well in advance of our arrival. I especially liked the surrounding trees and birds

Felt like coming home.

Loved the property managers. They were the sweetest most thoughtful people. The place was full of surprises. Treats and drinks to start us off. Even got a breakfast delivery on our last morning. Charmaine and Ian are really good people and made our stay very enjoyable. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was just what we needed after a day of running around. Will definitely be back.

LITTLE OASIS, situated on one of the prettiest two-acre private estates at Mt Irvine, Tobago, is just 25 mins. drive from the Airport and 35 mins. from the Ferry Terminal. Neighboring the Mt Irvine Golf Course, you'd love being conveniently positioned to many handy amenities and to some of the best beaches this side of the Caribbean Sea. For your transportation needs, you can bring your car on the Ferry, collect a rental when you get to Tobago or if you prefer not to drive, then factor in the cost of hiring a private car to take you around or use the more budget friendly option of taking a 20min walk out to the main road for Street Taxis.
This well appointed Apartment is private, safe and super comfortable.

Amenities like supermarkets, banks, beaches, bakeries and restaurants are a close 10/15minute drive away....close to pretty much anywhere south / western Tobago. Guests are offered flexible check in and check out considerations upon request. Beach towels and pool towels are provided so no need to pack these items. No pool parties, events or loud music, supports a thoughtful level of consideration to all registered guests, while sharing amenities on this tranquil estate. For your safety and that of others, only registered guests can overnight, to avoid any security risks to guests and residents on the estate. Being mindful of the guidance provided will ensure a very pleasant stay.
