Welcome to this charming recently renovated house, the ideal refuge for family or friends' holidays! Located in La Trinité-sur-Mer, 800m from the sea, this 100 m² house combines comfort and conviviality. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

Nestled in the heart of a tree-lined garden of 2000m², the house is single-storey, which makes it accessible and practical for everyone.



A large, very bright living space offers a lounge area with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals in a convivial atmosphere after a busy day.

The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed and adjoining a bedroom equipped with 2x2 bunk beds which will delight the children. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the interior fittings.

The house is surrounded by a large terrace for sunbathing and a fenced garden of 2000 m2. A set of garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to prepare delicious outdoor meals.

The children have access to a climbing frame (swing, trapeze, rings) as well as a collection of books. A table tennis table completes the entertainment for moments of family relaxation.

Vehicles can be parked in the garden, which is secured by an electric gate.

A small laundry room located in a lean-to opposite the house houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Set back from the road, this house is ideal for families seeking peace and nature.

- Parties, birthdays, ceremonies or stag/hen dos strictly prohibited.

- Pets are not permitted.

- Electric vehicle charging is prohibited. You will find charging points in the town centre of La Trinité.

- Another house is located on the property but it will not be occupied during your stay.

The house is located on the outskirts of La Trinité sur Mer in the direction of Carnac.

You will be close to Men Du Beach (800m) and a 10-minute walk from the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer and shops. Carnac is 4 minutes by car.



Nearby leisure activities

Beaches at Trinité-sur-Mer, Saint Philibert and Carnac, rock pooling, mini-golf, tennis court, horse riding, sailing school, water sports all year round (Surfing, Kitesurfing, Land sailing, kayaking...). Numerous possibilities for hiking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths). For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 15 minutes' drive away.
