Summary:
This stylish 3rd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach.

The Space:
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. This is a perfect place if you are traveling with children as our bunk room (featuring 2 twin over twin with trundle beds) was designed with little ones in mind. Our classic queen room comfortably sleeps 2 adults! BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Interaction with Guests:
We value the privacy of our guests, but want to ensure that all of your needs are met during your stay. Our level of involvement is dependent on your personal needs. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to better accommodate you in anyway.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment had so much to offer and was well prepared for our stay! We stayed comfortably and have nothing to complain about! The host was very responsive and had great communication throughout the whole stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone! I will book here again on my next trip to Spokane!

Great spot!

This is a great little spot when visiting our daughter at Whitworth! Worked well for our family and then owners Were so great to work with. Will for sure stay here again next year for college visits.

Could use some love

Overall this was an acceptable place to stay for our family of five. The listing says it can sleep up to 8, but 2 adults and 3 teens was pushing it. Everything was staged to look good but did not function nearly as well. The bunk beds were all excessively squeaky, so anytime any of our kids so much as turned over the room was filled with noise. The cabinet hinges in the bathrooms and kitchen need maintenance as many of the cupboards don’t close properly and some of the cabinet doors are loose. The kitchen sink faucet is loose. I would not call this a well stocked kitchen if you want to actually cook. Would probably be fine if you just relied on serving takeout or cooking something simple like pasta. The chairs in the living room are not comfortable! A dresser in each bedroom would have been helpful. The third floor view was great, if you could ignore the freeway just below. And the constant noise from the freeway was inescapable, even with the doors and windows shut. Great location, super close to downtown and the universities, and while the immediate neighborhood wasn’t the best it is super close to some very nice neighborhoods. The owners were very communicative and helpful, which I appreciated. We are a family of five that stayed for four nights.

Weekend

I thought the hosts were very responsive and respectful in their communication with me. My only suggestion is that they replace some of the blinds that are broken. But if that’s the biggest suggestion, that’s saying something about this experience. We will definitely come back.

A++ stay

Stayed here with my boys for a youth golf event and staged a couple extra days. This location is perfect and makes getting anywhere in town really convenient. The hosts respond almost immediately if needed and the check in process is a breeze. The apartment is clean, updated and great for a family with a ton on space! I’ll certainly be back!

Clean and theoretically great setup, but terrible beds

This place is right of I90, super clean and seemed to have everything we needed. Just a warning that the second bedroom which has two bunks that can sleep a total of 6 people is very uncomfortable. Not only are the mattresses themselves uncomfortable, but they squeak VERY loudly any time you move even slightly. My husband and I slept in there with two kids and barely slept all night due to the squeaking sounds.

OVER THE TOP AMAZING!!!

It was such an easy booking experience with no hassle and the place was very clean and very family friendly. I had no idea that there was a crib and a high chair which came in handy for our stay. I'll be coming here again in the near future and would definitely recommend our family relatives and friends to stay here when they need.

Amazing stay!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed the property! The apartment was very clean and well cared for. Air conditioning was a big plus! The hosts were excellent communicators throughout our stay! (They even responded to a message that was sent after midnight regarding the exact apartment number).

Bright clean property close to everything

We were in town for a state basketball tournament. The property was close to all gyms which was helpful with travel. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like in person, the kitchen was my favorite part. Very clean. Literally the quality of the unit, amenities and decor was perfect. Had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable for myself, husband and 4 kids. Communication was on point. We’d highly recommend this property!
