Three Dog Night cabin is a true mountain experience. Minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge, GA and just over an hour from Atlanta, you will feel like you are a million miles away from the grind. Enjoy Cherry Lake Mountain, offering lake access and privacy. Hike the Benton McKaye trail, which meanders through the community. Enjoy good company and outdoor grilling on our two large decks underneath the canopy of trees. Drink some wine in the secluded hot tub or re-live your childhood (with or without the kids) with our Disney-inspired retro arcade room. Great Mountain Eacape

We loved this cabin. It was the prefect getaway or “escape” from our very busy, hectic lives. Just what we needed! It was a perfect location, nestled in the mountain woods and very peaceful. Our little frenchies loved it too. The cabin has everything you need and is comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The best cabin getaway

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs. There was every single detail incorporated in the cabin including anything you may have forgotten at home! The absolute best bed/mattresses we’ve ever had at any hotel or Vrbo stay. It’s a completely smart home so lots of fun techy gadgets. The deck was perfect with the fire pit to sit and enjoy on the cold evenings. The game room was incredible. Frank was an absolute awesome host always available via text. The only advice I’d give is to arrive before dark to navigate the windy dark roads. Other than that it’s 5+ stars from us!

Great Time

My wife and I visit North Georgia frequently, and randomly pick a place to stay. This time, I picked the place, and loved it. The cabin was very clean, and has everything you need. My wife and I prepared breakfast a few times, but always went out for lunch and dinner. If you want to eat in, everything is there, except the food, of course. I had to text Frank with a few questions, and he responded promptly. I highly recommend this property, as it’s clean, centrally located, and very affordable.

Well stocked cabin!

The family and I loved the cabin. It was very clean and super stocked with anything you could possibly imagine! If you forgot something it was there (which helps because it's at the top of the mountain). Near the cabin we say deer, hummingbirds, turkeys, and many other beautiful creatures. The kids went crazy over the gameroom which kept them super entertained during the evenings! The homeowner responded immediately any time we had a question. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Mountain Getaway

The long and winding road leads to an oasis for a quiet respite. The emasculate cabin is at the end of a road, second to last cabin. It has two levels with decks. We had our meals on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub and quiet of the woods. We thoroughly enjoyed our short time there.

GREAT STAY!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The space was clean, with several amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was lovely and the wrap around porch felt private. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Getaway

If I could rate this experience as 6 star I would. Everything about the weekend couldn't have been better from the ease of booking down to the communication with the owner, Frank, who was in contact to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. To start, Frank contacted us well in advance of our stay to give us information about the property, setup the keycodes, tell us more about what to expect, and last minute things to be aware of. I have never had this level of checkup prior to a VRBO rental before. On the day we were headed up, it was very rainy and Frank checked in to make sure we arrived ok and suggestions on things to do with the rain. The route to get to the cabin is amazing easy. Sometimes it can be hard to get to a cabin with the roads in the mountains but in this case it was simple to get up the mountain and follow the road signs. It is just off the high, about 3 miles or so away. You can not hear the highway from the cabin. Gorgeous views to get to the cabin. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles at the cabin with a covering overtop. When we arrived to the cabin, we were greeted with more amenities than we could have expected. A welcome basket, a well stocked kitchen with spices, breakfast pancake mixes, basically more than we have at home in case you forgot anything. The Keurig coffee maker was also well stocked with enough coffee pods for a week. The apple donuts were the perfect touch. We enjoyed all weekend. The cozy cabin on the main level has app controlled lighting. At first I wasn't all that interested but when I downloaded the app, it makes a huge difference. Adjusting the lighting to relaxing colors made the living room and kitchen even more inviting. The remote controlled fireplace and just relaxing and doing a little binge watching of tv was perfect. The bathroom is extremely well down, 2 shower heads and also a toilet with a bidet. Water was hot and everything worked well. I also want to mention the internet was high speed and we had no issue. My wife and I work from home and had no problems with video calls. The game room/kids area is underneath the main cabin. The retro video games were fun. I was reminded why I was horrible at Joust 40 years ago and apparently age hasn't improved that skill. We also played the infinity table which was novel and a lot of fun. We enjoyed the Harry Potter chess and Scrabble. The outside is gorgeous with an great hot tub. Highly recommend this spot for a getaway!!

1st anniversary

Our stay was great the cabin was just as described, the game room is awesome if you have kids to entertain or a kid yourself. We spent hours in the game room and finished our night off in the hot tub. We enjoyed our 1st anniversary here and plan on coming back.Frank is an excellent host and will go above and beyond to insure your needs are met. We can't wait to book our next adventure in the three dog night.

Three Dog Night is located high up the mountain and at the end of a side road, so there is very little car traffic to contend with. Located just 1.5 hours from Atlanta, the cabin is the perfect getaway for a long weekend to escape the grind of daily living. It's a cozy cabin, which provides a unique and authentic charm.
