Welcome to our family home in Sausset-les-Pins, a preserved fishing village on the Côte Bleue between Marseille and Martigues. Our air-conditioned villa sleeps up to 12, just 20 minutes from Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS).

2,700 sq. ft. (250 m²), 5 bedrooms including 2 en-suite primary suites, 3 full bathrooms, 4 toilets, private 13×26 ft. (4×8 m) pool, landscaped garden. The beach is a 3-minute walk down a direct footpath.

Who is this villa for ?

We designed our villa for multi-generational family reunions, two families of friends traveling together (each with its own private suite), and groups of adults looking for a peaceful retreat.

Generous shared spaces, 2 private en-suite primary suites (one upstairs, one on the ground floor), 3 modular bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 4 separate toilets — designed for groups to live together without friction.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. The villa is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, group celebrations, or young adult getaways. Minimum age of primary guest: 25.

The beach in 3 minutes on foot

A pedestrian path leads from the villa down to the beach — 3 minutes on a footpath that GPS apps don't always know about, but that our guests love. The same path connects to the famous Sentier des Douaniers (customs officers' coastal trail), where you can explore wild coves and the calanques of the Côte Bleue.

The villa

Set in a preserved corner of the Côte Bleue, the villa offers generous living spaces designed for groups. The cathedral living room with fireplace and exposed beam ceilings comfortably accommodates everyone. The large solid acacia dining table seats up to 12 for memorable shared meals. The gas barbecue takes over in the evening on the terrace, with the pool and the Mediterranean as your backdrop.

Cathedral living room: fireplace, A/C, Smart TV, board games, ceiling fan. Two distinct sitting areas so everyone has a spot.

Fully equipped kitchen for entertaining: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 large refrigerators with freezer, 2 Nespresso machines, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, ice maker. Full dinnerware and cutlery for 12.

Covered terrace (modular open/enclosed): dining table for 12, direct pool and sea view.

Garden: gas barbecue, sun loungers, ping-pong table, outdoor lounge under the olive tree.

Private pool (13×26 ft / 4×8 m): sun-warmed throughout the season, illuminated at night. Pool waiver to be signed before arrival.

Private garage (750 sq. ft. / 70 m²) + 2 spots in the driveway + free street parking 75 yards away.

Bedrooms

Primary suite (upstairs, A/C, sea view): queen bed, en-suite full bathroom (bathtub, separate walk-in shower, double vanity, bidet, toilet).

Tribe room (upstairs, A/C, sea view): 4 twin beds (80 cm wide) convertible to 1 king bed (160 cm) + 2 twin beds. Ideal for kids, teens, or siblings.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs, A/C): 2 twin beds convertible to 1 king bed (160 cm).

Bedroom 4 (upstairs, A/C): 2 twin beds convertible to 1 king bed (160 cm).

Shared full bathroom upstairs between bedrooms 3 and 4: walk-in shower, sink, toilet.

Ground-floor suite: 1 double bed (140 cm), Smart TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Accessible via 2 steps from the living areas.

All bedding is new (installed late 2025). Premium-quality sheets and towels provided. Beds made on arrival.

3 full bathrooms + 4 toilets across two floors. Mornings happen without bottlenecks.

Sausset-les-Pins — authentic Côte Bleue

A preserved fishing village between Marseille and Martigues, Sausset-les-Pins is one of the last truly authentic spots on the Mediterranean. Every morning, the harbor's fish market sells the night's catch. La Calanque Bleue, a fine-dining seafood restaurant, is 3 minutes on foot — a local favorite.

On foot from the villa: sailing club (sailing, windsurfing, kayaking lessons), top-rated diving spots, coastal hiking trail, tennis courts, beach volleyball, pétanque, and the Côte Bleue golf course.

Direct flights to Marseille Provence Airport (MRS), 20 minutes by car from the villa: London 2h, Dublin 2h30, Brussels 1h45.
From London, Eurostar + TGV combo brings you to Aix-en-Provence TGV station (25 min from the villa) in about 7 hours : fully scenic, no airport hassle.

Check-in and arrival

Self-check-in via secure key box from 4:00 PM, followed by a personalized video call with Virginie (your host and owner) to walk you through the villa. Early check-in possible depending on availability — please request at booking.
