Nestled in the heart of the charming village of Tocane-Saint-Apre, on the banks of the Dronne, our family home is a place to which we are deeply attached. We have managed to preserve its authenticity while offering the necessary comfort for a peaceful stay, to the rhythm of the Périgord countryside.

Here, everything invites you to relax: walks along the river, farmers' markets, hikes in unspoilt nature... A few kilometres away, you can discover the superb Brantôme, the picturesque Bourdeilles or the Château de Fayolle, not to mention the many treasures of the Périgord.

The house consists of warm and friendly living spaces. It has a bathroom on the first floor and its adjoining bedroom as well as a second bathroom upstairs. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs are in a row, which contributes to the authentic charm of the house, typical of the family homes of yesteryear.
