Pros: this property is in a good central location, about 5-8 minutes from Broadway via Uber. The pool is really nice and the living room and kitchen were spacious. Cons: I reached out to the owner when we arrived because when we entered the condo, there was a broken sofa chair broken and leaned against the wall in the living room. Also, someone was parked in our designated space. Nothing was ever done about the vehicle our entire stay and we were told to park on the road.The dishwasher was full of dishes, the ice maker was broken, there was no bathroom mat in the bathroom so we had to put towels down or have the floor be soaked with water, there were random sugar ants found throughout the apartment, there was candy stuck in the carpet, and broken/damaged furniture throughout the condo. There were two small rolls of toilet paper for four people for four days. I contacted the owner for more toilet paper and they sent us paper towels - eek. There were no stores close by and I’ve never stayed at a VRBO where not enough toilet paper was supplied. Hopefully, we will fix these issues for future guests. I loved Nashville, the pool, and the proximity to activities, but I would not stay here again.
