Beautiful Kukui'ula Home With Great Lanai Space

New pool just added! This home has it all, private hot-tub, brand new pool, fire pit, 2,000 sqftlanai, and enough room for the whole family with over 3,000 sqft of insideliving space! - 5,000 soft total
This home is special with it's open indoor/outdoor main living area featuring 30+ feet of retractable glass walls that open up to almost 2,000 square feet of covered lanai space with golf course and mountain views. The entire back of the house is a covered lanai and has a built in outdoor BBQ/Kitchen area, fire pit and plenty of space to sit and relax.
Master suite is upstairs on its own with a private lanai, work area, master bath/closet area.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms:
Secondary master with private bathroom that connects to lanai.
Front bedroom suite with private bathroom and connected suite area with kitchenette and sofa/sleeper.
Front bedroom with sofa sleeper and bathroom (no shower).

***Please note that this home was built 10 years ago when Air Conditioning wasn't as common on island, so there is no air conditioning, just fans in each bedroom. When glass walls are open the trade wins flow nicely through the home to cool it down.

Wonderful stay!

Had a great time in this beautiful Poipu home! We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the host was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house on a golf course

The house is very well made and decorated. The neighborhood is well maintained. The lack of AC was not an issue for us due to the numerous fans and large windows that give great air flow day and night.

Beautiful home and location. House had everything we could have asked for. View lines from the upstairs bedroom were stunning. Loved the pool and hotub and spacious outdoor living. Evi was great to work with!!

New Years and Birthday vacation

We had an amazing time! Instructions for everything we needed were clear. Plenty of parking for all the groups we stayed with. Any extra items we needed or questions were answered and handled so fast! Everyone who came to enjoy wants to come back in a could of years!

This was the cleanest, highest-quality, most well-constructed rental home I've ever stayed in. Everything about it made for one of the best vacations any of us have ever had. The generous options for living and lounging space, indoor and outdoor cooking/dining options, and comfortable bedrooms were incredible. The pool and hot tub made the whole trip feel luxurious. Our only (very minor) complaint was the early morning lawn mowing and frequent neighborhood landscaping. But this is to be expected when you're staying on a golf course on the garden island. Huge thanks to Rick, we'll remember this trip for the rest of our lives!

Beautiful house and great location

We loved the house and the location was very close to everything in the Poipu area. It took about 2 mins to drive to the store if you needed supplies and 5 minutes to drive to Poipu Beach. The house is absolutely gorgeous and while you aren't allowed to play the private golf course behind the property (it's on hole 2), it presents a beautiful backdrop and makes the house feel more private. We were the first guests at the property and the hosts/property manager were very responsive to us and took care of everything we needed. We'd love to come back and stay again next time we're in Kauai.

Amazing house for groups!

Our group with three families with young kids had an amazing time here! We had all the space we needed-- the rooms are organized in a few areas: the upstairs master bedroom has a loft office space; the downstairs has a master, an office with a pullout couch, and an in-law suite with a bedroom and office with pullout couch attached. Space for each family to get away for naps. The kitchen is completely stocked-- any pot or pan, multiple coffee pots, great blender. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space every night. There were 4 sets of snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and umbrellas. We were there in late July and it did get quite hot without air conditioning in the afternoon, but almost cold at night because of the amazing cross breezes. You can even see the ocean, sunrises, and sunsets from the house. Just a lovely time in a great location on a beautiful island. Would love to come back!

Beautifully Met The Needs of 3 Generations

We loved this property. Open and spacious, inside and out. So breathable. Couldn't have chosen a better place to watch the SuperBowl. Large, nice TV with lots of space for guests. The lanai was spacious W/ BBQ, seating, table, and hot tub. Kids loved it. When it rains, (which it does in Kauai frequently,) you were never stuck indoors. Bedrooms were spaced apart with private space, bathrooms, and entrances.You couldn't hear anyone else.The view from both front and the back of the home is a perfectly groomed golf course. There were sand toys, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, and chairs, which we were happy to not have to drag there or purchase. Washer, dryer, and refrigerator were very large and took care of our needs. Only two things that are worth considering when renting this property. There is no air conditioning and if you are okay to leave windows open with screens, you should be okay unless it is terribly hot. With fans and screens it was okay, however, we went in the winter. Normally I never leave windows open in areas in which I am unfamiliar with, however, this felt like a quiet and safe area. The only other concern is that there was heavy equip next door landscaping with lots of noise, workers, & vehicles. Unless there is further construction it shouldn't be an issue. Worth every dime. Best property we have ever rented.

Wonderful Aloha home
