Brand New Listing! Spacious Winterset 26, 2 bedroom plus loft / 3 full bathroom townhome, sleeps up to 8 people and just steps to free town shuttle

Winterset Townhomes is a small, well-maintained complex with 33 units, conveniently located one block from Vons supermarket, restaurants and the town loop walking/biking trail. The bus to Canyon Lodge is steps away from the front entrance. Enjoy the Winterset pool and BBQ (Summer Only) and also the sauna, and jacuzzi (Year Round)

Configuration/Amenities:
The Master bedroom features a King bed, as well as a TV and a full, master bath ensuite.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, TV, and a full bath ensuite.
The loft is furnished with a Twin/full combo bunk bed, and also a twin. The open loft overlooks the living room and dining area.
In the living room there is a tv, pellet stove and a deck off the living room
There is a Full bathroom off the kitchen
The washer/dryer are in the hall. Up the stairs
Central heat, pellet stove and electric wall heaters keep you very toasty in the winter months
Parking is available-for 2 cars - on a first come first served basis - in a lot directly in front of this townhome

TWO paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. There are two outdoor, unassigned parking spaces in front of the unit. Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the unmarked parking spaces outside.

We loved our stay here, it was the perfect amount of space for my family! The beds were seriously the most comfortable beds I had ever slept on. Lots of extra bedding, stayed nice and warm. Cozy atmosphere. Will be back for sure!!

The area was quiet despite being so close to the minaret plaza. Easy walk to get coffee at mammoth coffee roasting co. before getting our day started.

The property is located very close to mammoth village. We had a great time skiing. I would recommend the stay here.

Xmas vacation

We enjoyed our Christmas getaway in this cozy and practical condo. The location is great, only minutes to the canyon lodge. Although not too big but great for 8-10 people. The only thing I would suggest is to add more lights :)

Very nice condo with lovely blue carpet and soft bed!

Overall it was extremely nice, but I couldn't get the hot water in the king size bedroom shower to work.

we did not get a call that the hot water was not working or we would have sent someone right away. This bathroom has a hot water valve that can cause user error and we inspect the units before every arrival and the hot water was working in this bathroom. We could have resolved this had the guest called us.

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at this place. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it a convenient base for my trip. The host was also very communicative and provided clear check-in direction.That said, there was an issue with the hot water during my stay. It was inconsistent, and at times, I wasn’t able to get hot water for showersI’d still recommend the place for the location and overall experience, but it would be great if the hot water issue could be addressed for future guests. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Everything was great, comfy beds, very clean. The one thing that I didn't enjoy was the electronic lock on the front door. The instructions on locking it wasn't clear and it seemed that we'd have to do a different combination of code plus lock to get the door to actually lock. I think a key would be perfectly acceptable instead of the electronic lock

The property was quaint, older but clean. On the day we arrived they were roofing the building next door. The compressor was right outside our window. On Wednesday I was woke up a little before 7:00 in the morning by a forklift lifting roofing on our unit. All day long they were hammering on the roof. When I talked to management they said there was poor communication between the HOA homeowners in them. They did not know when construction would work on any one unit. It spoiled our vacation with my daughter and grandkids. We had to leave early.

Not modern and not upgraded

This property is advertised as modern and updated. It is not. The pictures were obviously enhanced. This place is straight out of the 80s. It’s also not cabin-like at all. It’s a run of the mill mediocre townhouse in town so there is no outdoor vibe here. There is barely a deck and only 2 chairs to sit on so you can barely take advantage of the views and one of the chairs is broken. The checkout rules are insane and will piss you off as soon as you read it. There should not be a cleaning fee since you will clean it yourself.

We had a great time in the house , great location next to the mountain , next to stores and restaurants, the house has everything that you need , beds and pillows are comfortable, laundry , heater , fire . Everything was working . Towels were very clean , without any stain ! We will be back
