Family friendly, stocked 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1600+sq ft townhome is perfectly staged to accomodate your group of up to 10, with easy access to beach and fishing activities. Our community pool and sun deck with pergola sits on Packery Channel. offering a beautiful sunset view. Dock your boat at the dock and lift for easy access to bay, open water fishing. Fishing poles and tackle are available to use for fishing off the deck. The boat dock is underlit at night and offers great night fishing. Propane grill on back patio available for guests. Whitecap Beach is a 5 block walk, or rent the bright green Club Car Precedent, electric, 4 seater golf cart to zip around (seperate rental agreement). An assortment of water toys are available to guests. This townhome is sweetly decorated and meticulously cleaned between each stay. Care has been taken with every detail. Kitchen is stocked and organized with everything you need to cook and serve a homemade meal. Dining room has seating for 10. Smart TVs available to stream your favorite show in living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. There is wifi throughout the condo, with smart TVs in living room and 2 of the bedrooms. Plush linens are stocked in bathrroms and there is a soaking tub located in primary suite. Local host knows everyone and everything there is to know about the island. Enjoy the surf, sand, fishing, and relaxing in this waterfront getaway on North Padre Island.

This is a family project we have dreamed of doing for years. My husband and I are raising 3 little world changers. We are homeschool, baseball, and tap dance parents who are passionate about making the most of each moment. We spend a lot of time remodeling our home and building random things when we aren't working.

This property is located on a perfect spot on the water of the bay and close to the beach. There is a fenced community pool that is only shared with 5 other units. Only one other unit is used for short term rentals. The rest are second homes for owners. So it feels more private. The decor is bright, clean, and welcoming. There is a golf cart available for rental. Skip the lines at the golf shop. Onsite management available 24/7. Just send a text and we can help with whatever you need.
