Comfortably furnished, 1 bed/ 1 bath of privately-owned, owner on site, property, conveniently located between mid and downtown Anchorage. A charming, sparkling clean, home base to embark on your next Alaskan get-away. Or, stay in and cozy up with a book. full size in-suite washer/dryer, TV, full kitchen, and blazing fast WIFI for guests who want to plug-in for work or remote learning.

The building is located near a flight path to a light aircraft municipal runway, thus a potential for nearby aircraft noise. The unit is located in a multi-family building, where the host resides as well, thus a potential for other tenant noise.

The property was easy to find and conveniently located. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Nick was friendly and gave many good tips and suggestions for our trip. Would stay here again for sure.

The property is beautifully maintained with gorgeous landscaping. The rental was very clean, labeled very well, and was set up really nice. Definitely would recommend another nights stay.

The Alpenglow was a quaint, cute little loft. The loft was clean and had all the amenities we needed and some heaters to keep us warm at night. The host was amazing in contacting us to let us know the Northern Lights were out and we could see them in town. We close to amazing, local restaurants. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again when we visit.

Nice 1 bedroom loft.

Nice 1 bedroom loft a short drive from downtown Anchorage. Has all the amenities including washer/dryer. Hike/bike trail access just across the street from property going to a large park. We had a great stay.

Amazing VRBO in Anchorage

The Loft was amazing!! We enjoyed the extra touches that made us feel welcome and at home. The hosts were great in communicating with us. It is a quiet location, great for relaxing. The bus stop is a short distance away, and Ubers are readily available, which made it easy to travel around Anchorage without a car.

Nick's place was flawless!

Everything was neat and tidy, clearly labeled, and a perfect setting for a quick getaway in Anchorage. Nick and Sarah were both very sweet hosts and provided us with snacks. We really appreciated all the personal touches in the loft!

This place was quaint and adorable!

Cute and cleanly place to stay in Anchorage. Bright and beautifully decorated. Everything you could need for a comfortable and quick stay in Alaska. Host was communicative and very pleasant. The only con was the earlier check out time affiliated with our stay. Otherwise, a very serene experience. .

There was no early check out time- we post our check in and check out times in the listing, in the directions to the vacation rental, in our check-out reminders and also in each unit we host in. Unfortunately, this particular guest didn't do well adhering to our house rules, including the check-out time.

Very nice comfortable apartment, convenient walking distance to museum. Short ride to airport and train. We did not meet our hosts, but their emails were friendly and they left us a nice note. We appreciated the snacks and oatmeal we found there, especially since we arrived after dark and had no vehicle.

This place was so charming!! It was the perfect spot for a week long trip & had all the amenities me and my boyfriend needed. The hosts communicated great and messaged us when we booked & also before we arrived with all the relevant details we would need during our stay. It was located conveniently between all the places we wanted to go. We were worried about the airfield being so close but the noise was never bothersome. Flights only left twice while we were at the house and never at night. I definitely recommend staying here!

Convenient, sunny midtown location

The Aspenglow Loft is the perfect size for 1 or 2 people. We appreciated all the light the south-facing windows provide, the comfortable bed and couch, and the extra amenities- the games, the washer/dryer, and kitchen. We’ve been visiting Anchorage several times a year lately with a son at UAA and coming up to watch high school sports competitions. Until this visit, we’ve been staying in a hotel. This was WAY better and so much more relaxing. I will definitely check the Aspenglow’s availability when we plan our next trip up.
