Situated on the ground floor with its own entrance, it comprises a pretty 10 m² living room with a sleeping area, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a private garden of around 160 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 10 m² living room with TV and a sleeping area with a double sofa bed (sleeps two)
- A separate, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and dining area
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private garden of around 160m².
- A private, west-facing teak terrace of 22m² with parasol, garden sofa, table and stools.

The flat is ideally located in Calenzana, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. A car is recommended to access the shops and visit the region.
