The main attraction of this flat is undoubtedly its prime location. Here, everything is within walking distance: you are just a stone’s throw from the superb Croisette, the beaches, the Casino and the Thalasso centre for your moments of relaxation. Everyday amenities, such as the bakery and the mini-market, are also right on the ground floor of the building.

- Living room with sofa, coffee table and armchair.
- Open-plan, fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker).
- Bedroom 1 with pull-out bed and desk area.

If you do not wish to take this option, you may choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact bedding sizes after booking so that you can best prepare for your trip.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: a full set of bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels and kitchen tea towels.
