When you’re done adventuring for the day, have some fun in our game room with our infinity table (dozens of digital games like ticket to ride, battleship, and Yahtzee), Big Buck Hunter, WII gaming system, boss toss, new board games and puzzles, or watch a movie with our gigabit speed Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, and our 5 NEW smart TVs. Or you can relax around our backyard fire-pit and enjoy a sunset, listen to music on our Bluetooth speakers next to one of our two fireplaces, or take in a show and nature at the same time in our brand NEW hot tub with 55” outdoor TV.

Did we mention the PRIVATE PICKLEBALL COURT?! Full size court with paddles and balls supplied. Come enjoy the fastest growing sport in America in the comfort of your own back yard!

Entertainment aside, your comfort is of the utmost importance to us and with 4 clean and UPDATED bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus a sleeper sofa and trundle, this house has more than enough room for everyone. Gather around our large dining table or sip a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the wildlife that you’re sure to see just outside the windows. We’re also one of the few homes in Estes with air conditioning!

We are very family friendly with a baby gate, high chair, pack n’ play, sound machine, and baby monitor included with your stay. We want your littles to be safe and happy too. They even have their own little box of toys that they can play with while you relax.

This home also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, large laundry room with washer and dryer, and best of all a garage with a COMPLIMENTARY EV CHARGER.

My siblings and I had a great time in Estes. This home was perfect for our group as it provided some gathering spots to visit along with an awesome game room. Enjoyed the fire pit as well.

Lovely property! Everything you could possibly need is provided. Great location...short drive to shopping and the park entrance, but tucked away enough to be away from traffic. Unfortunately, there was light snow most of the time we were there (much needed!), but we didn't get to use the awesome court. My nephews were in heaven with the game room. We rarely saw them! Most importantly, it worked perfectly for my dad who doesn't do well with stairs.

We had an amazing weekend in Estes Park and loved this property! There were so many small details and thoughtful amenities that made out stay so enjoyable and this home is perfect for a family getaway. We visited with our adult children to celebrate my Birthday. We loved the games, hot tub and Pickle Ball court! We would definitely book this property again on our next visit to Estes Park.

Hey VRBO FolksIf you have marked this home with a Heart? Take a second look and consider this as an excellent place to stay,This home is everything that they talk about in the description. This property is set up for large families, multiple families and groups of friends. Each floor has completely different set ups. The Master upstairs is so comfortable and so complete that there is nothing that you could complain about. The ground level is set up with two rooms that if you only had to use one. There would be difficulty in deciding which one is best. The downstairs suite is set up for an entirely extra family. Along with a game room for the kids or adults. You could spend hours in it. We did not use many of the added amenities. But the Hot Tub is new and inviting along with a Smart TV right there to enjoy watching what you want while soaking away.The Pickle Board Court has a great set up along with a basketball area on both sides of the house. The couches in the living room had us all in awe. They were so nice and comfortable that I am now considering buying the same ones for my home. The dinning room table is set up for a large group and has very comfortable table and chairs. The garage is great to keep your vehicles safe and sound during a storm. Finally, The stocking of supplies was way over the top. This has to be the most well stocked home I have stayed in using VRBO. What a Great Place to stay!Thanks for allowing us to use your home!Carl

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 older kids. We had such a fun time. There was plenty to do just in the house and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

Memorial Day Weekend

We (couple in late 50's) brought our adult kids and their spouses (ages 26 - 39) and our grandkids (8 and 11 months) spent 5 nights at this property. It was perfect for our group, with lots of space for everyone, and lots of fun games and activities at the house. The house is in a great location for all of your Estes Park activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Large Cabin with a hot tub, game room, Pickleball/Basketball court, FirePit and MORE!

Excellent cabin to entertain your family for hours on end!! Our family enjoyed the awesome game room, basketball and Pickleball court, along with the awesome Jacuzzi and FirePit! Each bedroom had its own theme and was very spacious! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great stay

Enjoyed this great home with friends. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub and game room. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook and host was very communicative. Would recommend for a great place in Estes Park!

Great Location and Experiance

Our Friend group really enjoyed this property. Basketball/pickelball court, enough seating for 8, all while elk herds walk through the yard and neighborhood everyday. We had a great time and would stay again.
