Welcome to this beautiful 45 m² apartment on the 2nd floor, without a lift. Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is the ideal base from which to explore the city.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a convertible sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table for two people.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and dishwasher.
There is also a washing machine for added convenience.


The accommodation comprises one bedroom, carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The bed (queen – 160x200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. There is also a desk, perfect for remote workers.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer and a mirror.
The toilet is separated.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and features smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

As you stroll through the district streets, you will discover a lively, trendy and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage or the passage of Desire. For a moment of relaxation, stroll along Canal Saint-Martin and enjoy its timeless atmosphere, or go to the garden of the Saint-Louis Hospital. This historic place resembles the Place des Vosges.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Château d’Eau (line 4), is just a 3-minute walk away.

The metro stations, Strasbourg - Saint-Denis (lines 4, 8, and 9) and Jacques Bonsergent (line 5), are a 6-minute walk away.

Paris Orly and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airports are approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
