Our beach condo, with its bright coastal vibe gently reminds you of why you came! This is YOUR home in the sun for however long you are staying. From the minute you arrive, you'll have everything you need to feel relaxed, comfortable and happy. The 2nd floor end unit has a private and sunny screened lanai overlooking a heated saltwater communal pool and amazing view of Lake Suzanne! Equipped with beach chairs, beach bags, beach towels, umbrella and cooler, just minutes from several beautiful white sand beaches. All you'll need to kick back and enjoy your time in PARADISE! Our small 30-unit property is in the beautiful Moorings, a safe and sprawling neighborhood close to Historic Fifth Avenue, Venetian Village, Waterside Shops and many great restaurants. Ride our cruiser bicycles and explore all Naples has to offer!

VEHICLES/PARKING — Guests must park in the designated spot for unit 210. No more than one vehicle permitted. "Guest" spots are for visitors only.
COMMON AREAS — Walkways and stairs must be kept clear. No shoes, beach chairs, towels, etc. are to be left outside the front door.

We retired in 2010 and made our way to Naples! We spent 6 Winters here before buying 2 acres in Pine Ridge Estates, where we built our family home. We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals in the US, Central America and Europe. It is those experiences that we remember in hosting our guests. This is YOUR home in the sun for however long you are staying! We hope you'll be relaxed, comfortable and happy. We trust you to treat our home as you would your own. We will respect your privacy, but be available for anything you need whatsoever!

Comes 2 Cruiser Bicycles with locks. We provide the initial supply of all paper products, body wash, laundry detergent, linens, and coffee, as well as beach towels, beach bag, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. If you have any questions about anything that is provided, please let us know! .
