Domaine de Polfages Polfages is ideal if you just want to sit by the pool and relax taking in the stunning views or if you want to make the most of your time in the region. With the beach and the mountains just over an hour away you can truly get the best of both types of holiday. An easy drive to Carcassonne and Toulouse and 15 minutes to the historic town of Mirepoix. Polfages comprises 3 individual gites however together allowing our guests space to be together and also their own private space in the evening.
