Nestled in the West Maui Kaanapali hillside, Kaanapali Plantation 62 top-to-bottom renovation (2021). Enjoy this spacious 3-bedroom/3-bath townhouse offering the perfect Hawaiian retreat for families. Indoor/outdoor living is seamless with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Take in the lush landscaping while dining al fresco with seating for four or curl up and relax with your favorite book in the cozy nook.

Upscale living at its finest. The large open living space is a great place to gather after a fun-filled day on Maui. With a Queen sofa sleeper, a hanging swing chair, large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and mini-split AC.

A chef's delight! Fully equipped kitchen with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Complete with an eat-up breakfast bar with seating for four, enjoy conversing while whipping up any meal. The dining area offers seating for six. Also located on the first level is a guest bath with an exquisitely tiled shower. Washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.

The second level offers three bedrooms. The first guest suite is complete with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and window AC. The second guest bedroom offers a great setup with a twin/full bunk and a twin trundle bed, flat-screen TV, and window AC. Perfect for the kids! Full gorgeous guest bath with a glass-enclosed shower. Drift off for the perfect night's rest, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and mini-split AC. Marvel at the tropical views from your second private lanai off your primary suite!

For your convenience, there is a pack n play portable crib, a high chair, a baby bouncer, a baby bathtub, and a toddler booster seat in the unit for families traveling.

Kaanapali Plantation offers amenities for the whole family with a swimming pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Minutes to world-class beaches, dining, golf, and shopping at Whalers village. Enjoy whale watching (during the season December - Mid April), snorkeling, sunset sails, and more.

The house was perfect and very well stocked. Other renters should be aware that the air conditioners in the two bedreooms shut off after four hours due to the age of the electrical equipment. The main bedroom didn't have an issue. Everyone was very helpful when we called for assistance.

Beautiful home, perfect location, awesome experience!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay! Close to everything we wanted to do, but removed from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. The property was beautiful, clean and well stocked with amenities. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Exceptional family vacation home!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! The house was very clean, bedrooms were beautiful, kitchen was well appointed, lovely lanais, comfortable living room and dining areas…neighbors were so friendly and the location was close to the beaches, Lahaina and attractions. Family Island Experience

7 adults & 1 infant, great kitchen, lost of space, 3 full bathrooms, clean, well stocked with towels, paper goods. Baby equip-soft crib, high chair! Was a wonderful location and condo for our family! Is exactly what was advertised, even better!

Family reunion

We live “ across the street” . This is A great location with a short hop to my opinion best beach in Maui (car ) , north kaanapali . The short hop creates a good value in some of the best weather on the island( in my opinion😀👊

Awesome location great stay

The property and location were both great. There aren't really any complaints other than, cleaning between stays should be a little sooner than just hours before the next checkin so that things are more thoroughly done. Showers could've used more attention but it was a wonderful unit and exactly as pictured. We did have a issue with a mouse being in the upstairs restroom that kept us up a couple hours trying to catch it and remove it from the unit. All in all, we'd stay again. Location just can't be beat.

Plenty of towels for our group number. All beds and bedding were confortable. Location was fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I especially appreciate that this time we were allowed to check in an hour earlier than expected. When you’re packing groceries bought in Kahului, that was a game changer to start us off well.

PROPERTY WAS FINE, BUT DIRTY WITH SOME ISSUES

The carpets we filthy all the way up the stairs and into the bedrooms, master bedroom door would not latch, so, although it was locked, it wouldn't close tightly.The remote for the downstairs mini-split didn't work and we had to get someone to change the batteries, The remotes for the master and second bedroom were switched, so the TVs here wouldn't work and the second coffee maker stopped working. Not what I would expect for a thousand dollar a night condo! Displeased and overpriced in my mind.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, a short walk to a beach, close to shops and restaurants. There were two patios with comfy hangout furniture. It's a corner location so it felt private and spacious. In addition, when we had a problem with construction noise, the response was immediate and generous. We received a discount and they ultimately stopped the work while we were there. It made a huge difference in our stay! We were able to use all the indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans but not a lot of basics like spices, tea, etc. Allin all, an excellent spot and a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time in Maui Feb 7-14 2023. We went for whale watching and this was a perfect place to stay for 3 couples. Close to everything. 5 minutes to Whalers Village and our favorite restaurant Hula Grill. Beautiful view from the lawn and golf course right below. Loved the furniture motif and kitchen with all the equipment you could need. Furniture was very comfortable and smart TV to stream. 3rd bedroom with bunk beds would have been better for kids but we made do as a 69 yr old couple. Cannot say enough good things. Great customer service. Whenever I texted or emailed would always get a friendly answer back. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Our stay in Kaanapali

The house is nice and in a nice end unit. Lots of easy parking. The location is convenient at about 10 minutes from Safeway and 5 minutes from whalers village. Though close to some things and then each distance wise, I wouldn’t say anything is walking distance as the road down to everything is busy with no sidewalks. The house itself was good. The two non ensuite bedrooms had a scent of body odor in them at times. And the bathrooms weren’t as spotless upon on arrival as you’d hope. There was quite a bit of hair from previous guests on the drain covers of the showers and floors. Also one note about the AC: there’s a four hour timer in two bedrooms which is not ideal for infants. Other than that, the house did the trick. Plenty of shower towels and beach towels. Six beach chairs and lots of sand castle toys for kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were clean. We had 6 adults + 2 kids and it was a little tight for us at times. The pool belonging to the complex was small but would be good for a quick dip.

We do pre arrivals checks to assure that the home has been properly cleaned and is ready for guest arrival. Upon these inspections we have not encountered any unpleasant smells in the bedrooms. As some homes do have energy conserving safeguard when it comes to AC, we appreciate your feedback on this this and will look into adjusting the amount of time that is in place. Beautifully decorated Ka'anapali condo!

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo has everything you need to enjoy your Maui vacation, including beach towels and beach chairs. We were greeted with a basket of treats, coffee beans, drinks, and even mugs and a deck of cards to take home. How thoughtful! The entire space was beautiful but especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't believe how well coordinated all of the accessories were, including the color matching spatula and utensils! The kids especially loved the swing chairs and we absolutely enjoyed hanging out and eating on the lanai. We loved that this condo is an end unit so we felt like we had so much privacy. We were surprised that there is actually air conditioning on all levels, including the living room space. And the sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed. The entire unit was incredibly clean, no signs of any dust. As expected and advised, we did encounter a few bugs and geckos but paid them no mind as this is to be expected in the tropics. The kids did play in the pool for a bit but found the space to be a bit small and not recently cleaned. That didn't matter as much as we spent lots of time exploring the town and beaches of Ka'anapali and Lahaina. I loved the master bedroom with such a huge closet, plenty of drawers, a beautiful bathroom, and the rain showerhead with detachable shower wand. The owners have thought of every convenience, including hampers, laundry detergent with the washer/dryer, and a step stool for little kids to use at the sink. The neighbors next door were so friendly and kind. We highly recommend this condo to everyone and would LOVE to stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

This three-bedroom home on the Kaanapali hillside is the perfect place for a family vacation on Maui. Kaanapali Plantation is centrally located to all that West Maui has to offer. Drive straight down the hill to Airport Beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches in the area. Historic Lahaina Town is 15 minutes to the south, with both Kaanapali and Kapalua a quick 10 minute drive away. We hope to see you back on Maui again soon! Channing

Airport Beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches in West Maui is just down the hillside from the Kaanapali Plantation community. Lahaina is a short 10 minute drive and the resort area of Kaanapali is just a 5 minute drive to shopping, dining, Black Rock and the two Kaanapali golf courses.
