The Space:

Welcome to the East Estate at Lone Mountain, where luxury meets serenity in a breathtaking 8,000+ square foot sanctuary. The main house offers an open-plan kitchen and living area, a formal dining room, tasting room, and six bedrooms, five of which boast their own ensuite bathrooms. The casita provides two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full sleeper sofa, private kitchen, and washer and dryer.





Main House:

Bedroom 1 (2): Master King Ensuite featuring a free-standing tub and walk-in shower with a steam feature. The bathroom also includes two separate toilet rooms for added privacy, a walk-in closet for all your essentials, and three vanities, ensuring ample space for your morning routine.

Bedroom 2 (4): Twin over twin bunkbed and a King bed with access to a full bathroom in the hall.

Bedroom 3(2): King bedroom Ensuite.

Bedroom 4(2): Upstairs King bedroom Ensuite and beautiful views on a private balcony.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible. *Disclaimer- Interior cameras are set up in the golf simulator room for machine & safety purposes. Camera is only activated when the simulator is turned on.
