In a quiet area, in a private cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest.

We rent our new villa in Les Abatilles for 11 people.

- A large living room bathed in light with dining room, living room with fireplace, TV room
- A fully equipped kitchen with central island: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven, induction hob.
Crockery for 12 people.
Plenty of storage.
- A pantry, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and US/ freezer fridge, ice maker.

- 5 bedrooms equipped with new quality bedding:
A double bed 160 on the first floor, dressing room, bathroom with WC
Upstairs:
A double bed 160 + 1 single bed 90, shower room
A double bed 160 + BB bed if needed, shower room, desk
A double bed 160, desk
A double bed 160, desk, the last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

- 2 separate toilets upstairs and 2 on the first floor

The house offers 2 Ipe terraces allowing you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day:
- West side: sheltered dining area, deckchairs and parasol, 9X4 m heated swimming pool with electric shutter.
- East side: second dining area, summer kitchen with XXL plancha, 15m petanque court

In the basement, a large games room with second television and billiards.

Garden with clothes line area out of sight, ping-pong table, 6 bicycles, one of which is electric.

Private access to the pine forest by locked gate for nice rides.

Linen provided.

Cleaning is mandatory at the end of the stay and is charged at €300. Intermediate cleaning is available for rentals of 2 weeks or more.

We do not accept pets in our accommodation.
No indoor smoking.
