Waterfront apartment (beach 100m away) with sea view

Welcome to our beautiful, fully equipped apartment for 4 people with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Porquerolles. It is located in La Londe les Maures, in the Bay of Islands, facing the Golden Islands between Hyères, Le Lavandou and Bormes Les Mimosas, 27Km from Toulon and 40Km from Saint Tropez.

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of a nice quiet and secure residence - with direct access to the beach (beach less than 100m away).

You will love our holiday apartment on the French Riviera in the Var, in a family seaside resort offering many activities and entertainment!

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, on the island of Porquerolles. It is comfortable and very well equipped to welcome you and allow you to spend an excellent holiday with your feet in the water.

On site, you don't need to take the car anymore because its location is ideal: you can access the fine sandy beach directly, without any road to cross, the beach being less than 100 meters away. And you can enjoy the Provençal markets, ice cream parlours, restaurants, boats serving the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros and all the water activities on the port which is 100 meters away.

Our apartment is very well laid out with plenty of storage space to allow you to settle comfortably.
You will find duvets and pillows for all the beds.

The residence is very quiet, welcoming and very well maintained with a large palm tree in the hall, passageways open to the outside, bike racks
You can park your car in the spaces provided in the residence (opening the gate with a beep). There is also a large free parking lot 50 m away.


Our apartment is very functional, it is composed of:

* a bathroom with shower, WC

* a fully equipped kitchen (1 ceramic hob, 2 burners + dishwasher + microwave + fridge freezer + hood + coffee maker + Tassimo coffee maker + kettle + toaster)

* a very bright living room with a BZ DunlopilloLuna sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a flat screen TV

* a sleeping area closed by curtains with 2 bunk beds

*a covered terrace of 7 m² where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the sea and the islands in front of you.

We do not provide household linen (possibility to rent it) but all beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.

You will find a laundromat on the port 50m away. ( 6 euros for 9kg and drying from 2 euros).

The apartment must be left clean but if you prefer we can offer you the cleaning package at 50 euros.

Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the MIRAMAR marina and its beach. On site, you don't need to take your car. Everything is done on foot!

* Very large and beautiful "supervised" sandy beach of MIRAMAR (less than 100 m) with direct access. Equipped with sanitary facilities and showers, it has a lifeguard station (in season)

* Nice little marina "MIRAMAR" (100m away) with its entertainment, shops, restaurants, diving clubs.

* In season, All shops nearby: Bakery, Self-service food, pizzerias, Laundry, Cinema, Restaurants

* Provençal markets, cycle paths, walking paths, coastal path, wine estates, numerous diving clubs, 18-hole golf course in Valcros.

- The islands (Porquerolles with its magnificent sandy beaches and turquoise waters, Port Cros with its natural marine park, L'île du Levant), shuttles from the port of La Londe.
