The floor plan was good. 3 full baths made it comfortable. It was easy to find and access. A few waters in the fridge and coffee for the coffee maker would be a nice touch for future visitors.

When I rented I contacted the owner and she was very helpful. The house was perfect for 3 of us attending the US Track and Field Championships. We had one minor blip when the internet went down but a text to the owner even though it was after hours and she had the issue resolved the next morning. The home had everything we needed to cook, relax and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend this home, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and everything you may need is close by from nice eateries to a Safeway Store for grocery shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious and charming home while celebrating our adult children’s University of Oregon graduation. The location couldn’t have been more ideal—it’s centrally situated just minutes from campus and major event venues, making everything from commencement to sporting events wonderfully convenient. Highly responsive host.Inside, the layout is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space to relax and reconnect. With two distinct living areas, our family had room to spread out comfortably. The neighborhood was wonderfully peaceful, and there was ample, hassle-free parking right by the house.Most importantly, it passed my number one rule for vacation rentals: it was spotlessly clean. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything was impeccably maintained and truly felt like a home away from home.Whether you're attending an athletic event, cheering on a grad, or just enjoying everything the University of Oregon has to offer, this home makes for a quiet and perfectly located retreat. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Eugene for University events!

It was bigger than expected and the game room and home theater rooms were adorable! We stayed here for my daughters college graduation and it was a short drive to campus! The beds were very comfortable too. I would stay here again!

Perfect for family and friends

Our stay in Eugene was made all the better by staying in the property. Linda was spot on with communication. For someone who loves to cook the kitchen was stocked as if I were at home. Our favorite room was the family room with the huge television and arcade games! We will definitely try to book this home on our next trip to the area!!

Stayed here for family weekend for you, O’s. The house is perfect. Beds are comfortable movie screen/game room are awesome. It’s not super convenient to campus but close enough that we made it work!

We were in Eugene for a track meet at Hayward and this house was perfect for our stay! The house was clean, updated and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our house is close to shopping, leisure activities, the U of O, hospitals, restaurants and parks. Freshly painted with new carpet and vinyl. We added a built in BBQ outside on the patio so you can enjoy the sunshine and in case it's raining there is a cozy fireplace inside so you can snuggle up on the couch and binge watch your favorite show or play games.
