Great family break

Had a week stay here in end of May. Great property was very spacious with great seating areas outside especially the roof terrace. Great location to enjoy the area. Would recommend hiring a boat to see the area and have a swim. We used public transport to visit Venice for the day which was enough if you want to see the main sites from the outside. When we landed in Verona we caught the bus to the train station to drop our luggage off so we could explore, what a great place to see. Only 20 min away on the train. We also visited Siroine and Jamaican beach using the local buses which was another beautiful town you must see. Only negative to the property are the pillows ( not enough) and not enough mugs for coffee/ tea. Hope this helps to anyone thinking of staying at this property.

Spacious house in a convenient position

We had a lovely one week holiday in this spacious holiday home. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The best thing about this house is the outside space - it has a lovely wrap around first floor terrace, plus an amazing roof top area which is HUGE. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was only a ten minute stroll into the centre of town with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. There are also a good selection of restaurants even closer if you didn't want to go into the busy town. The lake is lovely to walk along during the day or evening and we took a boat trip out one day which was great. There is air con in the property, but just in the lounge and one of the bedrooms. There is a nice shared pool which we found was always quiet, just a minutes walk from the house. There is only one sunbed which we were able to use, so for six of us we felt this wasn't enough. All in all a lovely stay in a great location.

Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse (2 Ehepaare) perfekt. Die Wege zur Stadt und zum Strand sind prima, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Dachterrrasse ist für einen abendlichen Schlummertrunk genial. Wir waren glücklich und zufrieden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Einfach Toll!

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in Peschiera! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und die Lage schön ruhig aber trotzdem Zentral, der Pool war super für die Kinder. Die 3 Terrassen und die Tiefgarage sind wirklich super. Auch Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. Der Kontak zu Klaus und Andrea war jederzeit möglich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das erste Mal, dass ich ein Domizil mit direktem Zugang von der Tiefgarage hatte. Der Wahnsinn. EG Terrasse, OG Dachterrasse, 2.OG Dachterrasse. So viel Auswahl macht die Entscheidung schwer, wo man den Abend genießen möchte. Ansonsten alles tiptop.

Villa Torrette, freundliche Gastgeber

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage die zum Entspannen einlädt. Es ist komfortabel eingerichtet und klimatisiert. Ein Highlight ist die überdachte Dachterrasse. In 10 Minuten ist man fußläufig im Zentrum. Ein Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss ist leider ohne Fenster. Muss man mögen. Ansonsten hat es uns prima gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das Schlafzimmer im Kellergeschoß nicht unseren Ansprüche gerecht hinsichtlich Sauberkeit. Ansonsten war die Wohnung in Ordnung. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub geniesen.

Top-Wohnung

Wir haben diese schöne Wohnung für eine Woche in den Osterferien gemietet. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattetund entspricht der Anzeige wie bei Fewo beschrieben. Es gibt tolle Außenplätze, drei Schlafzimmer und einen einladenden Wohnbereich. See und auch die Altstadt sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Praktisch war auch, dass wir unser Auto in der Tiefgarage parken konnten und von dort einen Direktzugang zur Wohnung hatten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war jederzeit möglich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und danken Andrea und Klaus für die freundliche Aufnahme.

A very spacious house with allot to offer.

It's a very spacious house with allot to offer. Pros: - Enough rooms to choose from to sleep, 3 bedrooms. - Parking garage accessible from the house. - Soap, toilet paper, basic kitchen needs all present. - Good LED tv. - Top terrace is amazing! - Bathroom very good. Even i could take a decent shower (I am over 2m long) - House utilities are in order. Most of the time water pressure and stuff like that are not that great in Italy. But here it's spot on! - Miss Andrea is a lovely person who helps you when there are questions. She is very helpfull. Cons: - House was not that clean. You could see that housekeeping had to rush and forgot parts to clean. - Some parts like the basement room smells a little bit. - Maybe some things more but that is nitpicking or personal preferences and doesn't do justice do the house or the owner. Overal our experience was great, A lovely place to go to after a day of sightseeing or other activities. I really recommend this house you will have a great time. Thank you Klaus and Andrea that we could stay here!

Feedback for property

Many things need to be addressed at this property. It would have been a nice touch to have a small welcome pack with maybe some milk water etc as we had no idea where to buy this, luckily we didn't arrive late in the day. The instructions of how to enter the property were provided but it would have been much easier for us to access the property from the side gate instead of having to carry all our suitcases up the treacherous stairs from the garage into the property. The downstairs bedroom was we felt unacceptable, damp smelling and the access was a danger. We had to block the staircase off should somebody fall down there A gate would not be difficult to install and I certainly wouldn't want to have children in the property. Kitchen improvements : -more than 3 mugs for 6 adults -toaster with more than space for 2 slices of bread -no chipped crockery -more than 2 tea towels Bedding was very poor and the wardrobes upstairs were full of old bedding which wasn't very pleasant and the travel cot was just left at the top of stairs and had not been packed away. Someone to greet us and show us the property would have been a nice touch and explain some of the above problems. The two problems we had with regard to a broken key and broken shower attachment were resolved quickly by a neighbour. The Hostel Meet next door was a lifesaver and most helpful if we had a problem finding our way around. No guest information was provided and unfortunately we needed a hospital and after much walking we eventually found it. Had an information pack been provided it would have saved us a lot of time and distress. Not only with regard to hospital but nearest shop, taxi company, doctor. I have to say we have never had such problems before with rental properties and this didn't make for a very pleasant stay but the Lake and scenery met our expectations.

Urlaub am Gardasee

Objekt liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. sauberer Pool vorhanden. Sehr angenehm ist der direkte Eingang aus der Tiefgarage in das Haus. Schöner Balkon im 1.OG / Terrasse im 2.OG. Viel Platz vorhanden. Betten bestehen aus nur einer Matratze. Klimaanlage im EG und in einem der Schlafzimmer im 1.OG. Reinigung hätte etwas intensiver sein dürfen, Müll vom Vorgänger war auch noch vorhanden. Ein Fahrrad für den schnellen Einkauf ist vorhanden. Ansonsten können wir das Objekt weiter empfehlen.

Alles super in Peschiera 😌

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen im Haus und wir hatten mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und 3 Terrassen sehr viel Platz. Lediglich das Schlafzimmer im Keller ohne Fenster war nicht ganz so schön. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, sogar ein Backofen und ein Toaster waren vorhanden. Wir haben auch das Fahrrad gerne genutzt. Sehr netter Vermieter, vielen Dank für alles!

Wunderschöner Urlaub am Gardasee

Die Unterkunft war für uns mit 5 Personen perfekt um in einer Woche die südlichen Orte am Gardasee zu besuchen. Abends konnte man gemütlich den Tag auf einer der zahlreichen Terrassen ausklingen lassen.
