Feel right at home is this charming country home on the water. Plenty of space to spread out on the front lawn or in the fenced in back yard. Our front patio is screened in and you can comfortably sit out and wait for any guests to arrive. Our back patio is screened in and has a table and chairs to dine alfresco. There is also a fabulous hot tub on the patio to relax in after a long day on the lake. The inside of the home keeps it casual with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Our kitchen has been recently installed with beautiful stainless appliances and granite counters. We have all the dishes, pots and utensils needed for a long or short term stay. Pull up one of the stools to eat your breakfast or sip your morning coffee. Just off the kitchen, in the garage, is the full size washer and dryer. We have 2 spacious bedrooms, each with very comfortable queen size beds and dressers for all your belongings. There is a desk in the guest bedroom for those guests that choose to work from home. The bathroom is bright and clean and recently renovated with beautiful quartz counters, white shaker vanity and white tile in the new tub/shower area. Plenty of towels for your shower and to take on the boat. You will find games, cards and books to occupy your time. Our smart TV can stream your favorite shows. Our back yard has a great fire pit and BBQ. We offer free WiFi. Perhaps you would like to rent a pontoon or Jet ski from one of the local vendors. We offer a discount code to rent from them. From this canal you can access Lake Carrie, Lake June and Lake Henry. Head over to the Sebring Raceway to catch some great races. Interested in a cocktail or a fabulous wine, check out the local distilleries and wineries. Shop at the farmers market or just pick up freshly picked oranges at a roadside stand. Something for everyone.
