Come relax and enjoy the views of the beautiful Emerald Coast, in this newly updated 2BD, 2BA beachfront condo. Located in beautiful Miramar Beach. Condo includes beach service; 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for your stay!

You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a spectacular view.

The condo offers all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen with almost anything you will need while on vacation at the beach. We also have included 4 foldable beach chairs, 4 beach towels, some sand toys and a cooler for your use. These are all stored in the owners closet right outside the front door.

The location of this condo is a huge selling point with its proximity to popular restaurants, and shopping. Directly across the street is the popular Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall with designer shops for all.

In addition to great living space, guests at Mainsail Resort also enjoy great amenities. There are two swimming pools, (one of which is seasonally heated from November to March) a kiddie pool, and a hot tub.

Parking available for up to 2 vehicles.

Other amenities include outdoor grills (gas and charcoal) and a fitness facility. We also have a Ring doorbell next to the front door. This is for security purposes.

Wonderful vacation!

Our stay at Miramar beach was fabulous. The condo was so beautiful and view amazing! It had everything we needed from spices in the kitchen to Beach toys! The umbrellas and chair service included down at the beach was an extra special treat! Angie made the check in/out process so easy and was happy and quick to answer any question I had!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation here and I can’t wait to come back next summer.

Best kept secret

The location and property were excellent, easy access to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The beach was gorgeous and the beach chair attendants made sure we had a great place to sit everyday. Angela was a dream to rent from, we will definitely return!

Most hospitable condo!

The owner had everything stocked so well! The towels, chairs, beach toys were all in great shape & so convenient to use! The kitchen had more than enough pots/ pans, starter supplies & soap. This owner seems very thoughtful & really went above and beyond in making our stay more comfortable. There was even a first aid kit if needed. All furniture etc was great & walk to beach less than 10 min. Would definitely rent from this owner again!

Great getaway!

My college-age son and I spent 5 nights at Mainsail 353. The property was clean and very comfortable. Check-in and out was very smooth and the owner was easy to work with. The location is steps off of the beach and I love the chair/umbrella service. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Stay

Our stay in this condo was perfect. The condo looked exactly as the pictures showed, and was very clean. There were lots of nice touches, such as beach chairs, games, beach towels, even throw blankets; literally anything we needed was right there. The view from the balcony was so nice. It sits a ways back, but still with a great view (and as pictured). We used the pickleball court, hot tub, and of course spent lots of time at the beach. We had one issue, and the owner was super quick to respond. Communication could not have been better. We ended up needing to extend the condo one more night, and they were able to accommodate that with no problem. We would definitely stay in this condo again. We had such a wonderful time!!!

Great Location With Beautiful View

Our family enjoyed staying in this condo. The location had a great view of the ocean and it only took a couple of minutes to walk to the beach with easy access. The umbrella and chair service was very convenient. The condo was beautiful as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Memorial Day week stay

Angie's place was great. Very clean, updated and modern. It had everything we needed for a stress free stay (plenty of towels, dishware, soaps, etc.). Angie was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again.

perfect spot for a beach getaway!

This property is perfectly appointed! Easy checkin, 24-hour gated security, beautiful private beach and close to any amenity you could need. The hosts are attentive and kind! We had a comfortable and cozy stay at Miramar Beach and can’t wait for our return.
