Newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment! It was clean and in a quiet area. The access to the freeway and Ann Arbor was very convenient. There is a free laundry facility, but it is not in the actual apartment. I would definitely stay here again! The communication with the owner was very good!

Nice updated apartment

I just stayed here for 33 days due to a new job. It was very reasonable priced. Updated, clean, comfortable, well stocked with all the comforts of home. The bed is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The owners were great with communication and very fast to respond.

Comfortable Stay

The apartment is well fitted to cook full meals and comfortably stay in a peaceful neighborhood. There is some traffic noise but it is minimal. We don't mind white noise but you do need to be able to handle white noise in the summer to sleep with the AC. Our only real "complaint" that makes me consider four stars is the lack of towels(2 body towels total) and the lack of variety/options in bedding/blankets. Otherwise there are little details everywhere that are appreciated.

The neighborhood looked a little sketchy from the outside

But the inside was amazing. It felt like we got more than what we paid for! I will be staying in properties the renter owns every trip I can!

Cute interior

The inside of the unit was adorable and clean just as the pictures show and just as advertised. The property manager was great and everything went smoothly. However we didn’t love the neighborhood. The good part is it was very easy to get to and from the freeway. Very convenient. But, the exterior of the five unit structure was a bit dilapidated. Also, the surrounding area had nothing to do within walking distance from the unit and looked a little worn. there was constant noise from the road and when the shower was on it was like it was raining hard outside. But you could really only hear it from the bedroom and it’s not that loud. It would be nice to fix the bedroom blinds as they are all bent up and make the bedroom look a little tacky. But like I said the inside the unit was very cute and it is close and convenient to the University of Michigan. Without traffic it is a 10 to 15 minute drive.

We were very happy with our stay while visiting our son in Ann Arbor. The expressway is accessible within minutes but can’t be heard from apartment. The apartment is very well appointed, clean and decorated nicely. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice weekend in Ann Arbor

The place was as listed and had nice extra touches - coffee, bath products, well stocked kitchen. It worked out great for a weekend visit to Ann Arbor.

Ypsilanti getaway

Generally we were very happy. Robert had the place well appointed and comfortable. We made great use of the kitchen. Our only issue was that there was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, right next to the bed and could not be relocated. Its fan was so loud it sounded like a jet engine, not something you would want to create a quiet bedroom. We tried unsuccessfully to quiet the fan. Fortunately it was cool, 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay, so this only an issue for one night.
