Sandfly home with cottage and pool, close to downtown and Tybee

This home is in the Sandfly area, we love the area. There are great restaurants within a half mile down the street. The historic district is 15 minutes away, the airport is 30 minutes and Tybee Island beach is 30 minutes. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a chefs kitchen and the kitchen table seats 8 with additional seating at the counter. The cottage house has an additional bedroom with 2 queen beds and it’s own bathroom and sliding glass door to a patio. The backyard is huge with your own private pool (3' shallow end 8' deep end) lined with palm trees. The pool is not heated and is used most late March through September. You will have a big front porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing shaded by a large oak tree draped in Spanish moss in the front yard. The property is equipped with high speed internet. Each bedroom has a 50” smart TV with 130 channels of cable. The living room has a 55” inch smart TV. This is residential neighborhood and we do not allow parties and please ask that you keep the outdoor noise down from 10pm-630am. There is a shooting range close enough that you can hear it during business hours. It honestly has never bothered us.
