Welcome to our custom log home nestled just across the street from the serene and breathtaking Canyon Ferry Lake. This unique and comfortable home offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing holiday.

The huge, well-furnished front deck offers one of the best views on the lake, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. With space to sleep 8 guests, this cozy cabin-style home was our personal residence for 10 years and has been lovingly furnished to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Escape to this stunning log home near Canyon Ferry Lake, with 2 bedrooms, a loft with 3 additional beds, and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step outside to the huge front deck, complete with chairs, barstools, tables, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Take in one of the best views of the lake while relaxing on the deck. We have 2 wood burning stoves and central heat. We have air conditioning in the master bedroom and the dining room on the first level. New in 2025 we have air conditioning upstairs too!

In addition to the large front deck, there are also two smaller decks for more outdoor space.

This home was the set for the Lifetime holiday movie, "Mistletoe in Montana" in 2021. Indulge in the lovely screened-in patio on the front of the house, complete with a dining table and chairs. Come experience the ultimate vacation at this picturesque log home.

There is a connecting rope bridge from this deck to the deck of "Historic Log Cabin-Hidden Gem " (3 bedrooms) VRBO #423121, while still maintaining privacy for both homes. Also on the same property is "Studio Cabin Canyon Ferry Lake" (1 bed) - VRBO #483720. If you want to rent all 3 cabins, they can sleep 16 people and would be great for a large family get-together. All cabins are close enough to be convenient but far enough apart for your own privacy.

This was our second stay here. House is adorable and well kept. Only feedback is that stairs are treacherous with any weather and we were disappointed there wasn't any Christmas decorations.

Our favorite place on Canyon Ferry

We have been coming to this property for two years for summer boating adventures with friends and family, and we plan on making it a tradition! Everything is always easy to find and the house is always clean. The kitchen is huge and has lots of storage - it's fun to cook on the patio as well. Love having lots of space for the kids upstairs. The house is great and the communication with the hosts is always quick and easy.

Wonderful host

Cassie was great! She communicated with us during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She sent information on hiking trails that were close. Highly recommended this house. We will come back again.

Very cool and well kept log cabin. Lots of fun to use the wood stoves to stoke some warmth in the early spring. Great beds, cozy, and roomy altogether. Would definitely stay again.

Other than a very steep staircase going to all beds except the master and rather low lights throughout the house it was perfect!

Very unique home, clean and comfortable. Lots of fun artifacts and unique rooms, beds were everywhere! They also let us have our dogs which was a huge bonus. Friendly manager and neighbors

Wonderful Experience!

Thank you to Carroll and Nancy for a lovely vacation! The house had plenty of space for our family and our kids’ friends and everything we needed for a great time! So close to the marina if you have a boat and easy to town as well. Carroll made sure we had everything we needed — including an air compressor for the tube! Would definitely stay again.

This is a very special property. Perfect for a family, or family reunion in the 3 homes. Beautiful lake views, 5 minute walk to Yacht Basin Marina and Yacht Basin Restaurant and 2 miles to Kims Marina where boat rentals are available. Helena Airport is only a15-20 minute drive to our cabins.

Large home with plenty of room for gathering, or for reading in a quiet space. Lake Views are extraordinary! We have 2 outdoor decks and a screened-in porch for enjoying time with family and friends.
