The basic necessities! The TVS all have Rokus (no cable) our favorite part about this house is it’s full of windows allowing tons of natural light to light up the house. This two bedroom one bath suite is a second unit on top of our main house with a separate entrance leading up to it. It has an outside deck with a grill that has an incredible sunset view! You can even see little
Glimmers of the river through the trees!

Spring Break Getaway April 6-9

Our stay at the cottage was great. Everything was just as the listing said. It was the best location for our little family, the beach is literally just a few minutes walk away, but you do have to walk across the A1A, so be careful. We drove to the beach bc of the stuff we took with us and the first day we were there thank goodness bc it poured down rain. We were also within walking distance of restaurants, definitely try Millie's and Jimmy Hula's, and mini golf (longer walk). Bonus there's a Starbucks nearby. Let me just say Colby was the best, super responsive and was willing to help us with any issues we had. My only suggestion would be for them to have a little guest instruction binder on how to work TVs and lights, sounds strange but would help. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great place, great location

Perfect for 5 full sized adults. We were in town for a concert and were able to get quickly back and forth from there and the beach. The owner was attentive and the place was clean, we would stay again!
