Stay at the modern Don Villa — in the Heart of Little Italy!
This is a luxury loft in the heart of Little Italy. High ceilings to help you think and you can actually see the bay from the entrance door, balcony, and bedroom.
You are immediately within a 3 minute walk from the beautful Waterfront harbor and a five walk from the Little Italy Piazza della Famiglia where they have a farmer's market every Saturday. You are surrounded by dozens of cafes and Italian restaurants. Downstairs is a wonderful Italian restaurant called Rovinos. At nighttime the neighborhood transforms into a chique nightlife area with modern wine and cocktail bars to explore.
All access both walking in and driving in is through FOB and then the entrance to the loft is just a standard key. Very safe unit and kind neighbors. You can have mail delivered here and there is a trash + recycling system within the parking area.
For parking a midsize SUV or smaller will be the most comfortable fit adn there is a dedicated spot in the garaged parking. If there are multiple vehicles or larger vehicles, Spot Hero is an awesome app that has spots just two minutes walking for less than $100 per month.
If it ever gets noisey the fan or AC drowns out the ambience. The summer months can get warm so if requested an extra space AC can be installed for the upstairs. Fall, Winter, and Spring are just fine with the downstairs AC.
This place simply rocks, if you ever need to reach us my family is local and just a call or text away. I'm born and raised so more than happy to give you tips based on the things you like :)

This is my favorite place I have ever lived hands down. The high ceilings will help you think better, the location is special, and the community is so safe and easy going.
