Welcome to your spacious mountain getaway at Solara Resort in Canmore. This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom southwest-facing suite is located in the desirable Bow Building, just steps from the resort’s indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center for ultimate convenience.
One complimentary heated underground parking space is included, along with a large private tarp-covered storage locker in the parkade.
THE SPACE

- Well stocked gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and wine fridge.
- Regular drip coffee maker, complimentary coffee, coffee mate and sugar.
- In-suite Washer and Dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, iron and ironing board.
- Granite & stone countertops with an open layout to the dining & living room.
- Complimentary WIFI and cable TV.
- The living room sofa is also a pull-out queen bed.
- One high chair and one Pack N Play with mattress, please bring your own sheets/bedding for your baby.

- Bedroom#1 includes a queen bed, smart TV, electric fireplace, private 4-piece bathroom, and balcony access.
- Bedroom#2 includes a king bed, electric fireplace and 4-piece bathroom.
Every bedroom is equipped with an extra blanket, portable heater, and fan for added comfort.
Each bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

This is a southwest-facing, first-floor unit with large balcony. An electric BBQ and patio dining set is available for your dining convenience.
★★Resort Amenities★★
- Heated pool and hot tub can be found in the Bow building where our unit is located.
- One Wellness & Spa - includes: sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, fitness center, change rooms (available at additional personal cost).
- Heated underground parking with entrance clearance (7'6" or 2.3m).
- Private storage locker in the parkade to store skis, boards, snowshoes, bikes, etc.

Keypad self check-in. Guests can access the entire condo except for locked supply closet.

• Often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
• By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.
★ A second heated underground parking space may be available for $10 per day - half the public price, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.
★ This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.

★ Bear Spray: We do not provide bear spray in our unit.
★ No pets (including hypoallergenic breeds)
HOUSE RULES
★ No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.
★ Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.
★ Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring. Your are welcome to bring indoor shoes or slippers.
★ Avoid using white towels for makeup removal or hair dye—you’re welcome to bring your own wipes or dark towels if needed.
★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be store in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited. Private parkade storage locker available.
★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.
★ Do not use any fire hazards that may cause a fire alarm or serious damages.
★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.
★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
★ Check out time is no later than 11:00 am.
★ We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.
★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
★ By booking this property, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your guests during your stay, and to use the premises and amenities with care. The hosts are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that occur on the property.
