Cocoonr offers this charming 111 m² maisonette in Lullin to rent for up to 8 people.

Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

This duplex is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Level 1
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200), a single bed and a cot.
- Bedroom 3: with a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a mezzanine with two single beds (suitable for children).

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.

Outside:
- A 100 m² enclosed and private garden, south-east facing with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The duplex is ideally located in Lullin, in a very pleasant hamlet. All the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. are just a 3-minute drive away.

- Hiking: Montagne des Sœurs & Mont Forchat from the house (and Ireuse, Niflon, Billat, Roc d'Enfer, Chavasse, Chalune).
- Mountain bike trails on the crests of Hermone, les moises and très le mont.

- Skiing and tobogganing at the Col du Feu snow stadium.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 vehicles).
