Gather & enjoy a nice evening with your loved ones in our cheerfully lit gazebo. The tranquility and comfort of your home away from home will make you not want to leave.
Perfectly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from major highways, SMF airport, restaurants, and the magic downtown Sacramento has to offer.

Please note pets are allowed for non refundable $40 per pet fee. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Please clean up after your pets waste and hair. You will be responsible to take care of any stains & damages your pet leaves behind.
FAILURE TO OBEY PET RULES WILL RESULT IN $200+ PENALTY FEE

Well stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property and we’re very happy. In fact, we’ve already booked again for the same time next year. For our needs, it is a perfect location. It’s close to the bike path and a short driving distance to any and everything you may need. That said, it’s not a neighborhood that I would go out walking by myself, but we’ve never had any issues. The house is old so there are, naturally, a few things that are outdated or old in appearance. But everything was in working order and appeared clean. The host was kind, informative, and quick to respond.

Excellent property!

Our family stayed here for a mini getaway and we really enjoyed it! Great location, comfortable beds, clean, big backyard. What more could we ask? We would definitely suggest staying here and would come back again. Thank you!

Disappointed

The neighborhood was sketchy. Definitely not where you would want to vacation. The house itself was pretty clean just not well maintained. Rust on the freezer part of the fridge and the garbage can in the main bathroom, inside the dishwasher was disgusting, patches on the wall in the entry, the toilet paper holder was not well connected and fell off if not careful. Also no soap in the shower. Overall really not at all relaxing place. I would not come back to this place at all.

Our family had a great stay. We had a week long conference at the Sacramento Convention Center. The house was the perfect size for us and close by the center. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

The property had absolutely everything we needed for our two night stay. I rarely had to contact the owner with questions because everything was already so accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again in the near future! 10/10.

Best Vacay in Sacramento

My Husband, myself and our 3 daughters had a fantasy time especially when we surprised our extended family in Northgate area. It was a wonderful experience, i highly recommended this spot for future stays i know i will!!!

Covering all the basics

Great place, nice rooms, clean home. We liked how close it was to the airport and everything we needed to do in Sacramento (most of it was in downtown area which was close). The neighborhood felt decently safe. It would have been nice to have clear instructions on where to find the extra bedding (cots, porta cribs, etc.) as well as extra essentials like toilet paper (we ran out on the last night). Carmen was very responsive when I had a question. Would stay here again.

Nice stay for a busy weekend

Overall, our stay was good and the host was friendly/patient. The location was within good distance for our purpose over the weekend. The check in and check out process was smooth. The host was gracious enough to let us get settled in earlier on check in day. The only issue we had is the use of the cots. It was not prepared (set out) for us to use and when we found it, it wasn’t in working order so after some communication attempts we finally got new cots we needed to use. The listing is described accurately as it is.

House was Everything We Needed for our Stay

We enjoyed the house and it was equipped for all of us. Our 2 year old grandson could play and have space to run out in the backyard. The only thing is we weren’t used to memory foam mattresses but we made due. Thank you so much for the great communication and stay! We enjoyed it for sure

Great family stay.

Great communication with property owner. Beautiful boho open design. My family and I were in town to visit other family. Loved the large backyard that my grandsons were able to run around in.

We would love to rent again!!

The house was so cute and clean. Exactly as pictured. Although the neighborhood is not as nice as this house, it sits on a quiet culdesac. We loved that we could park our cars in the two-car garage. The only issues we had was that two doors in the house would not latch in order to lock. One was for the door to the hall bathroom the other was from the house to the garage. We were worried about that door when we couldn't figure out how to lock the garage door. The other issue is that there needs to be more than sheer curtains in the dining room and the first bedroom. It would have been nice to have solid curtains to close. All in all, it was a great visit and we would definitely return.

New Listing

The house was very clean and well appointed but small - 1054 square feet. The backyard had a gazebo where I spent time in the evenings - lovely. The house was well located for us as our convention was only 10 minutes away. Having said that, the house is not in the greatest neighborhood. There is a very nice bicycling/walking path nearby. I would consider staying again next year.

Well Equipped. Nicely renovated home. Convenient location.

While the first impression is that the home is smaller than expected, it worked very well for our family of 4 adults. The furnishings and amenities are better than most other VRBO rentals (and we have been VRBO renters for 20+ years). A real plus is the fully-stocked coffee bar and the outdoor space. The gazebo was great for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. It was a very quiet and private backyard area. Carmen was very responsive to any inquiries. It is a great value for a 3-bdrm home rental. There were additional beds and equipment for children (high chair, playpen) that we did not use. We would stay there again should we visit Sacramento.
