Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more – perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris.

The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a sofa bed for two people (120 x 200).
The space can be converted into a lounge area with a television at your disposal for your moments of relaxation.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: hobs, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and cutlery. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.

The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.

You’ll have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The mezzanine is not set up as a sleeping area during your stay.

Don’t miss the hustle and bustle of the Poncelet market, renowned for its fresh produce and gourmet specialities. You can also enjoy the tranquillity of nearby Parc Monceau for a relaxing break in the park. The Ternes district offers a refined and authentic Parisian experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest underground station is Porte de Champerret (line 3), a 3-minute walk from the flat.

Charles de Gaulle Airport is about a 45-minute drive away.

This is a self-contained flat. You will be asked to show proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. The smell of tobacco is considered a nuisance and will result in a deduction of €300 from your deposit.

For any booking of more than 30 days, a civil/mobility rental contract must be signed on arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

The loft bed is very low to the ceiling and not very wide (105 × 190). We do not recommend it for use by two people.
