Welcome to Stratham Station! This home was newly built in 2021 and has been professionally designed and furnished by a licensed interior designer. Wow is it stunning! Whether you’re here for business or a personal stay, this well-kept, spacious home has everything you need and more. Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown Greenville, you can be at the heart of the city in minutes! Stratham Station can sleep 8 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The large fully fenced in backyard is perfect for bringing your doggies with you if you’d like.

The owner’s suite has a large king bed, desk space, luxury bathroom and large walk in closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom on the main floor has a full size bed. Relax in the main space with flex seating and an open floor concept. The home is approximately 2,500 sqft and has plenty of room for multiple guests but also has a cozy feel for smaller groups. You really can’t beat how close this home is to downtown and many of the nearby local amenities. Greenville has a wonderful selection of breweries, nature hikes/walks, art displays, shopping and good eating! Lovely home. Spacious without feeling overwhelming. Loved the layout of the home. The host was great to work with. The house was convenient to downtown Greenville (less than 5 minutes) and overall provided for a great stay.

Great house for a larger group. We had 7 adults and plenty of room to move and spaces for everyone. House was clean, well kept, with really nice fixtures and details. Would have appreciated a few more pots and pans for cooking, but otherwise no complaints or suggestions. Communication was prompt and friendly. We would highly recommend the property and owner. Thanks!

We stayed at Stratham Station for our daughter's wedding and location was perfect - clise enough to Judson Mill but not congested with downtown traffic. There was ample parking and the house was very well decorated and had everything we could possibly need. Great pet-friendly fenced back yard. Would recommend to anyone! A!

What a lovely home! Very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels. Comfy beds. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The owner was very communicative and easy to message with. Our air went out and after two days we decided to get a VRBO. The owners were very accommodating with check in and allowing a next day booking. We needed to extend our stay, but it was not a problem. The best was that we got to bring our dogs. They loved the yard and windows. If you have dogs, you know how hard it is to find places that accept them. It was a comfort to know they were welcome! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! We would definitely book again if we needed another local stay!

Just like home

House is amazing, location great. Enough space didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Spacious rooms, nice bathrooms. Definitely if need a place to stay in Greenville thats the place to book.

Perfect home away from home

My husband and I stayed here with our kids for spring break. The house was spacious with a fully fenced, sizable backyard for our lab to run around. The rooms were spacious and gave everyone their own area. It is close to downtown and Publix (less than a 10 minutes drive). Paris Mountain was a short drive (about 15 mins) and offered plenty of hiking options. The hosts were attentive and accommodating. I highly suggest staying here!

Perfect for a family get-together!

Near The Commons, where we hung out. Perfect size for a group of 6 adults plus two small pups. Backyard great for grandson to visit and dogs. New home, well decorated, dining table sits 8. Ample parking. Right behind news station and next to big apartment complex, but quiet. Up and coming area, and easy access to everything. We loved it.

Girls Weekend

I booked this home for a Girls Weekend Getaway to celebrate a birthday. It was the PERFECT place for us! Plenty of room and the home was clean and comfortable. The location was great. We are already planning to book here again! The host was very helpful and responsive.

Quick get together with family

Our family of 5 (husband, me, 24, 22 and 20 year old daughters) met my dad and his wife from Atlanta for an overnight “Christmas” visit. We were not in town or at the house much, however we loved our time together. The coffee and tea options in the home were a nice plus. Location seems up and coming. Not close enough to walk to downtown but was an easy drive to get to the places we wanted to go.

Overall our stay was nice. There were a few issues that could not be resolved during our stay but overall did not ruin our trip. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was very close to down town but a few of the neighboring homes were a bit loud late at night.

Nice, modern house for a group stay

The property itself was nice, modern, and looked just as pictured. Though, there were no paper towels provided, typically we see 1-2 rolls provided in our stays. We did encounter some difficulties with communication with the host. They were not able to refer back to a chat we had over Vrbo prior to booking with questions we had. It was frustrating having to confirm this all again the day before checking in while coordinating with multiple people. The host ended up being accommodating though. Overall a nice property, but potential guests should be aware of communication prior to booking.
