Chic coastal decor gives this lovely end-unit villa a great vacation home away from home feel where you are conveniently located in Shipyard Plantation, just a short distance to the community’s private beach.

The delightful open plan includes a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or meals to enjoy in the dining area with table for six. Upon entry, you walk up a set of stairs to all living areas. The property flows into the living area complete with a comfortable sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, coffee table, and additional seating to relax in front of a movie or discuss plans for tomorrow. Glass doors open to your private balcony with golf and water views; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV and newly updated private bathroom with standalone shower. This bedroom is located on the corner of the villa with large windows providing ample natural light. The second bedroom provides 2 twin beds, flat screen TV, storage closet, and access to a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

This private villa paired with the beautiful Shipyard community offers so much to its guests, both in location and amenities. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

Spring break with husband

Wonderful condo to relax and enjoy the beautiful island. Very clean and is exactly like the photos. Love the view of the golf course with the lagoon below.

Wonderful Location

We love Shipyard, and this was the first time at Evian. What a wonderful location! Beautiful grounds and peaceful. The condo was very nice and modern, and Host2Coast was very helpful with all our questions.

Total relaxation in a super comfortable villa

My husband and I fell in love with this beachy feeling villa. We loved our morning 5 minute walk to the beach with our labradoodle and then off for a bike ride. The villa is perfect for a family or couple and is located in a quiet tropical area with palm trees and beautiful egrets which can be seen in the lagoon from our deck. Deer, turtles, owls, squirrels, and alligators are also fun to see. This villa also faces the 9th hole of the golf course. It was fun watching the golfers tee off. We would definitely love to come back .

Excellent place to stay

Beautifully decorated, all appliances worked properly. We requested a waffle maker and it was there ready for us when we arrived. A few minor issues were resolved easily (lightbulb over table needed replacing). The placemats and table did need cleaning by us but other than that, the property was clean. The location is perfect for us! We played tennis, rented electric bicycles and rode them on the beach. Watched a few golfers. We cooked many meals and there was enough cups, plates, pots and pans. The furniture was in good shape. This property easily felt like home and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location in Shipyard.

A little get away after Christmas with family. The condo was accurate to the description and very clean and well cared for. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach and tennis courts. Location provides for lots of dining and activity options near by.

Awesome trip

What a wonderful trip to 247 evian very clean and fully stocked condo. Very nice very open condo enjoyed looking out at the golfers and the lagoon and waking up and seeing the deer every morning. Had a problem with cable and called maintenance and they arrive in 10 min. Will be back

Great stay!

The property was very clean and had no issues. From the outside, things are a little worn but it is the beach. The pool was really close and there were hardly any people there. The beach was not too far. Short drive but very accessible. Shipyard is always nice and clean!

Loved it!

We actually extended our stay while staying because we loved it so much! Condo is great, location is great, access to private beach is awesome! Small note, the kitchen is not very well appointed and we cooked almost every night. Overall absolutely loved our stay and would do it again!

Great location and spacious and well furnished condo

The vacation rental was very spacious, great views and very close to beach. Lots of bike path, walking distace to beach and close to shelter cove for great restaurants.

Perfect place to vacation

Check in was easy, the home was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. We were within a bike ride of the beach and Coligny restaurants and shopping. We hope to rent here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. But there were some negative issues. Had to clean dishwasher filter that was clogged with rotten food. Nearly impossible to stream shows on the outdated tv. Floors seemed to not have been mopped well. White socks were black from walking on them. Master bathroom wall next to vanity had a lot of what appeared to be toothpaste splatter. Only one potholder in kitchen which was caked with dried food. Porch furniture uncomfortable and wobbly; screws need tightening. It was a great location. Property manager responded to our needs in a timely manner.

Great location and beautiful view of the golf course! Can bike/walk to the beach and if no space for parking you can drop off your beach things and walk back to the beach in a few minutes! Close to the tennis courts and pool! Everything that you want is only a short walk from here!

Lovely villa in Shipyard

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely 2nd floor villa overlooks the 9th tee of the Brigantine golf course and is a 10-minute walk to the beach and within easy driving distance to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. The villa was spacious and we loved the beach-themed decor and updated interior. If you have mobility issues or very young children, you might find the villa's 14 stairs to be a bit challenging. We also enjoyed the quiet Evian neighborhood within Shipyard, friendly neighbors and well-maintained bike/walking paths. Host2Coast's customer service was amazing! We had made a suggestion by e-mail about including a clothes drying rack for future renters and, much to our surprise, 1-1/2 hours later they knocked on our door with a brand new clothes drying rack. There were a few housekeeping issues that they also immediately offered to resolve by sending out a cleaning person. They always answered our e-mails promptly and their staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we talked to them on the phone. We would not hesitate to recommend Host2coast and we will definitely rent through them again. We had a great stay at 247 Evian and look forward to returning again!
