Feel Right at Home! Great house only 1/2 block to the beach!! This house has Open living dining and kitchen area with separate cozy den and large dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped and has microwave and dishwasher. Laundry room with stacked washer & dryer, TV's in living room and each bedroom and den/VCR/DVD in living room. Each TV has streaming access using ROKU (no cable access). Large front porch and deck on back that has a view of the channels. Large patio underneath house with BBQ grill, sitting area, outside shower with changing area, and plenty of parking. Outside shower. Wi-Fi service included. No pets Allowed. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation.

Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

The Neighborhood:
Beach access at end of street and only a half block away.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
