Access to Slopes & Skis





Cross-country skiing (Langlauf) - Direct access (0 m): The campsite is located directly on the route of 245 km of cross-country ski slopes of the Olympic Region of Seefeld/Leutasch. You're wearing your skis in front of your caravan!

Alpine Skiing - 10 minutes:

- Seefeld ski lifts (Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf), ideal for families and intermediate skiers, are only 10 minutes by car or shuttle.

- The family estate of Leutasch-Hochmoos (3 seater chair) is less than 5 minutes away.

Free shuttles: A free ski bus stop is located just at the entrance of the campsite to drive you to the different areas without touching your vehicle.

The campsite's restaurant, a genuine warm wooden stube, offers fondues, comforting Tyrolean dishes and Glühwein (hot wine) at the corner of the fire.

Bottled gas available directly at the campsite reception to power your caravan heating.



Accommodation: The Leutasch Retreat Premium room offers just that little bit of extra space to truly live, not just sleep. The high wooden beams, abundant natural light, and calm alpine style give the room an open and relaxed feel. The generous double bed invites you to linger and enjoy a long lie-in. Traveling with more than two people? The Premium room effortlessly provides extra comfort. One or two additional bedside beds can be added, making the room suitable for up to four people. These beds are specially placed for you and neatly made, so everyone can enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep. The extra beds are not standard and are only provided when additional guests are booked. After an active day in the mountains, you can fully unwind here. The soft lighting and comfortable seating area make the room perfect for a quiet moment with a book or a cup of coffee.

In winter, you can step straight from the park onto the cross-country ski trail or enjoy a fantastic day of skiing in the nearby Seefeld ski area, just 10 kilometers away. In summer, this is the perfect base for hiking, mountain biking, and other adventures in the Tyrolean landscape. The spacious bathroom completes the comfort, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower and toilet, ideal for relaxing or starting a new day feeling refreshed. The Premium room also includes a dining area where you can enjoy drinks together or play a game; beverages and snacks can be kept chilled in the refrigerator. In addition, there are pleasant extras such as Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, coffee and tea facilities, and a hairdryer.
