Sometimes all you need to change your attitude is to change your latitude! Booking a stay at Latitude Adjustment, a vacation rental in Seacrest Beach on Scenic 30A, is just the way to do that. This lovely beach vacation home features sparkling living spaces, comfortable sleeping accommodations, and convenient access to community amenities. With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, the home can host up to six guests.

The first floor open great room extends throughout the living, kitchen, and dining areas. With multiple sets of glass doors and large windows, the space is sunny and welcoming. The living room includes a modern sofa with a long, hardwood drink table. Four oversized armchairs encircle a round cocktail table. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy casual drinks and friendly conversation with your fellow vacationers. The setup faces a fireplace and wall-mounted TV. Beachy accents adorn the shelves and walls, contributing to the laidback coastal feel. A hardwood dining table with six black metal chairs sits beside a sunny window in a cozy dining nook. The open kitchen is large enough to whip up delicious vacation delights for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The marble-tiled backsplash contrasts beautifully with custom white cabinetry. A sleek white island bar with stool seating is perfect for serving appetizers and cocktails. The kitchen also has brushed, stainless-steel appliances.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite boasts a king-size bed with a gray tufted headboard, half shiplap walls, a plush rug, handsome dark furnishings, big windows, and a flatscreen TV. The ensuite master bath includes double vanities and a glass-walled, walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. One of the guest bedrooms features a queen-size bed, geometric accent wall, and pretty yellow accents. The other guest bedroom includes two twin beds with metal frames and a wall-mounted TV. The two guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and seashell décor.

In addition to a relaxed living space while on vacation, guests will enjoy access to community amenities. One of these is a palm-studded swimming pool surrounded by an expansive sun patio, lounge chairs, and plenty of shaded areas. BBQ grills are provided for cooking poolside meals during the day or in the evening. After a refreshing swim, head to the beach, which is just a short distance from the property.

With its great location in Seacrest Beach, this property is close to a lot of great coastal amusements. Besides the Prominence community pool, The Big Chill on 30A is just across Scenic Highway 30A. The Big Chill is a lively gathering spot on 30A, complete with restaurants, outdoor kitchens, lush lawns, and frequent festivals and family-friendly events. You’ll also want to be sure to check out the surrounding 30A beach towns, including Rosemary Beach to the east and Seaside to the west. Each town boasts its own vibe and various beachy entertainment for locals and visitors.
