Located in a lovely and quiet area of Ocean Ridge, this charming Magnolia Walk condo is a peaceful place to call home. A leisurely stroll away, you will find a pathway that takes you directly to the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Take in views of the surrounding nature outside from the big windows and sliding glass doors in the welcoming living area, which offers an open layout with a TV. A deck off of the living space provides a sitting area with an umbrella as well as access to the main suite. When you are craving a cozy night in, the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create your favorite recipes for the group. The Ocean Ridge resort community features 300 acres of amazing golf and recreation on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, tennis courts, mini golf, playground, beach cabana and fitness center for an additional fee.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase at the Wyndham Cafe, but there is no guarantee due to limited passes per day. These amenities include access to three pools, tennis courts, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground and beach cabana.
Elevators are not available.
This vacation rental is located in Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed inside the resort.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The dishwasher was terrible. There was no light in the outside stair area. You could hear the noise from all rooms wherever you were. The first bedroom door did not close correctly.

Great place to enjoy island life

The house was very clean and well appointed. It's a quick walk to the beach or you can find parking almost anywhere in the island. Edisto Beach is very laid back... We saw deer moving around below the house each day. If you want a relaxing beach trip, this is your place.

Clean and updated

I loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Great layout, light and airy, and 4 decks, including a separates deck for each bedroom. I also loved the semi-privacy with the beautiful mature magnolias on 2 sides. I’d stay there again, for sure.

Visiting friends

We rented this property as extra sleeping space as we were visiting friends down the street. It was quiet and safe, great location for beach walks and watching the little deer in the area. Plenty of soap and toilet paper, which we have learned is not a given with VRBO! Bedrooms were good sized but mattresses are worn. Loft was good for our older kids but the steps are tricky. Appliances were clean, but no Keurig and cable was out the entire time we were there. We also requested one hour late check out and were denied.

Great location! Quiet, clean and updated property.. About 3 blocks of easy walking to the beach. The only negative - many amenities were not present upon check in and we had to purchase-no paper towels, no Kleenex, no extra kitchen garbage bags, no hair dryers. There was one safety issue with the front door not opening easily which was fixed that day once we called, however a wait of 63 callers to report missing amenities. We opted to purchase rather than wait on hold,. Would rent this property again however I would bring many more of my own amenities. I did report to the local property management concerning lack of the above mentioned items. She stated they should have been there and was very apologetic.

Peaceful and Quiet

The home is in a gated community and you get the enmities that come with the community. Which are a pool, small putt, putt course and I believe 2 golf courses. Our house was in the back of the community and it was only a 5 min walk to the beach. We took advantage and walked everyday. We almost always had deer in our little yard. It was nice to have a car port to park the car. The house was surface clean but the floors actually need to be cleaned and the area rug has visible dirt on it so that should be cleaned. There were some outlets that did not work. the 2nd day that we were there the master bathroom toilet broke, called management company and was told were going to send someone out, as far as we know they did not and the toilet was never fixed. With it only being 2 of us it wasn't a big problem. There are plenty of door walls and screens. The problem is that one door wall handle was broken and the other ones were very hard to open. also most of them the screens you could close. We only sat outside on the back side. since that is the only one that worked the best. The kitchen was nice had up to date appliances, plus a dishwasher. Also had a washer and dryer which was also a plus. There were no spices there or even oil for cooking. We did leave that stuff so hopefully the next guests wouldn't have to buy them. The only other thing is that the loft is a great idea and having 2 beds up there is awesome. Being an adult it is difficult to go up and down, especially at night,

We really enjoyed the house; the location was great. It was only a short walk to the beach, and the spiral staircase to the loft was a fun feature, although getting an adult sized suitcase up the stairs was no easy thing. The house was clean with plenty of room for 4 adults, but we do wish there had been more blankets available. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend, and the weather was chilly. There were plenty of extra bedspreads in the closets, but we only ever found one blanket. Not a deal breaker, but if you stay in the cooler months, you may want to pack your own. We also enjoyed all the wildlife in the yard. Would stay there again.

Relaxing and private

The property was well taken care of. The home was light and airy with an open space for everyone to feel like they were together. The walk to the beach was approximately 5 minutes. One golf course hole is directly behind the property, but it is not easily viewable for the beautiful vegetation. Nature all around was inviting for frequent visits to the home by deer and we saw many fawns with their mother. There is a pool in the Ocean Ridge property that is near the back gate entrance/exit. Guests must enter this back gate to access their pass and this will be the only gate available to guests. A few great on the waterway restaurants located near the back gate that offer great views of the sunset on their back decks. Food Lion on Edisto is available for cooking needs.

Charming Condo

This worked perfectly for us. Great home base to go to the beach, the Serpentarium for the grandkids, and the Turtle Nesting Inventory. When it was too hot, the kids loved watching the Disney Channel in the AC. The kids were thrilled to see deer out the kitchen windows every day. Great place.

Quiet, relaxing experience with amazing amenities

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, look no further! This home is absolutely amazing! With plenty of spacious room for your family, you will have lots of things to do within walking distance to include basketball, tennis, bike trails, pools, putt putt and golf. The best part is it's only a 2 block walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood for some much needed R&R. With balconies all around, you can sit with your coffee in hand, reading a good book, while hearing the birds chirp and watching the wildlife walk around. The decor and updates throughout makes you feel like you're in an oasis! This is our 2nd time renting from the owner and most definitely won't be our last. If you're looking for a wonderful home with great views of wildlife, amazing amenities and the best customer service not only from the rental company but from the owner, look no further!! You won't regret the experience!!
