Inside, the cozy living area features a loveseat, a 40" Smart TV with Roku Guest Mode, and a selection of books. A dining table for two doubles as a convenient workspace, supported by fast Wi-Fi (660 Mbps), ideal for streaming and video calls.

LOFTS
Two cozy sleeping lofts provide flexible arrangements:
* Loft 1: Features a comfortable Queen-size bed.
* Loft 2: Offers two twin beds.
* Important Safety Note: Head clearance under the lofts is approximately 6’2”. The weight limit is 600 lbs per loft and 300 lbs per ladder.

KITCHENETTE AND DINING
The well-equipped kitchenette includes:
* Mini refrigerator with a small freezer
* Microwave, toaster, and electric kettle
* Keurig coffee maker
* Dishes, utensils, and basic essentials

BATHROOM
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. We provide a hair dryer, iron, towels, and basic toiletries. The entire home is kept comfortable year-round with a ductless heating and air conditioning system.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire tiny home and its fully fenced-in private yard. Enjoy a seamless and independent stay with a private entrance through a gated fence and a simple self-check-in process using a secure lockbox.

PARKING
You will have two free parking spaces provided on the property. Please note that the parking area is not suitable for RVs, moving trucks, or trailers.

HOST AVAILABILITY
We prioritize your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. We are available and responsive via the messaging app, should you need anything during your stay. Our goal is to give you the space and independence to enjoy your retreat.

NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not-so-little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

NO SMOKING
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

SAFTY
A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. We’re in a peaceful neighborhood. Our personal home has Ring cameras, but there are no cameras at the Tiny House—your privacy is important to us.

YARD MAINTENANCE
To keep the yard looking its best, our lawn service visits weekly during the mowing season (typically Tuesday through Thursday), weather permitting. We also have professional pest control services for the exterior only. No service providers will enter the home during your stay.

SANITIZATION
The health and well-being of our guests are paramount. We use a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each check-out.
