Modern & charming with high ceilings, open floor plan, natural sunlight. gas fireplace, red rock views, internet & WiFi, well-equipped stainless steel kitchen, private meditation garden off the master with King size bed, The other 2 private bedrooms have Queen size beds. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room as well as on the covered back patio & a lovely backyard with flowering trees and gardens, covered patio, gas BBQ, fire pit table, new, state-of-the-art hot tub as well as a greenhouse with seasonal fresh herbs.
The back yard is fully fenced and your fur baby pup will enjoy chasing a ball or frisbee there. We also have electric car hookup for Tesla & other EV vehicles. (Bring your own connection cables) Our new hot tub has colored lights and bluetooth speakers for relaxation & rejuvenation after hiking/exploring Sedona's beautiful sites. We are walking & biking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants & Whole Foods. We love that we are located on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined location with fabulous sunsets and occasional hot air balloons floating by. Located very close to red rock trails, galleries, fabulous restaurants, wineries & shopping. Off street parking for 2-3 vehicles plus the EV hook up. You will love coming back to our serene, dreamy hide-away with all the conveniences of home after enjoying Sedona's wonderful sights & activities.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home including all the basics as well as several extras such as a heart shaped waffle iron, battery powered creamer whip for your coffee or tea, olive oil and a few basic dried seasonings and herbs, cinnamon & vanilla..

We have board games & card games for adults & kids including chess/checkers, Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, Phase 10 and several more plus ring toss for the backyard.
NOTE: We recommend that you purchase VRBO insurance to protect your funds in case of an unavoidable late cancellation.

While this unit was located good and had a hot tub, it wasn't "excellent". It had plug-in room deodorizers which "covered" up smells. The first thing I did was unplug the deodorizers but the smell lingered the entire visit. Luckily, we weren't in the house much. Also, the utinsel drawer was not located where expected (under the dishes) and lined with cheap parchment paper. I suppose it could not have been lined at all. It was as though the owners tried, but missed the mark. It just wasn't a 5 star house.

This property was absolutely amazing, especially for a furry friend! There were dog treats waiting, a welcome bottle of wine, and lots of great maps and suggestions for local activities. The overall space was cozy and homey, especially with an indoor fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, and the wonderful hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, complete with labels on drawers and cabinets to make it easy to find things. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Sedona.

Everything was absolutely PERFECT! We were in town for a wedding and stayed with our 2 kids (& their pup) and 2 friends and the space fit us perfectly. Walking distance to so many awesome places. Looking forward to coming back to Sedona. If you have a chance to walk to the top of the street the views are STUNNING. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful “home away from home”.

The location is perfect , close to uptown Sedona and shopping areas. The house is clean with spacious rooms . I love the patio very relaxing area . We had a great time. The hosts were very helpful . I would love to come back .

It’s a quiet and cozy place. Bathrooms were nice and looks recently updated. The host was kind to accommodate our request for shower seats. We love that the floors throughout the house were all even, no stairs to deal with. The masterbed was uncomfortable though; it’s sagging towards the edge, an indication of its use over the years. The towels as well could be updated; they’re not as white anymore and very thin. Tried to use the tub towelThe backyard is nice and relaxing with fruit trees. It was not clean when we got there; had to do some sweeping and dusting of patio seats. The garbage was almost full so we had to stuff our own on top, that it was heavy for us to drag it to curbside on collection day. The utensil drawer liners, & cabinet contents were a mess, and disorganized. We had to hunt for it.

Perfect for friends. Everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Nice yard for relaxing. Beautiful fire pit and hot tub. The only negative for my friend was the bed was too hard but that is a matter of preference.

The perfect home with the perfect views!

This property was like being at home. It was thoughtfully decorated inside and out. Well taken care of and every effort was made to ensure our stay went as smoothly as possible. Everything was labeled to make it easy to find and function within the home. The location was PERFECT for the venue we were in town for. The backyard was a beautiful! Definitely will stay here again. The hosts were very responsive as well.

Cozy and Quiet!

The home is so cozy, the owners so thoughtful with letting you know where everything in the house is, where to go eat, places to hike, etc. We didnt have to think, or worry about not having something we needed, we were able to relax and enjoy each other's company!

Great place in fantastic location

Great house with good views of the mountains from the back yard. In a great part of town away from the really busy sections. Close drive to a lot of great hiking, shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Also, owners were very timely in responding to messages.

It was everyones first time to Sedona. This was the prefect property. Located near all of the sites on the groups wish list. Clean, inviting, well stocked with all the comforts of home. The hostess is kind and gracious will absolutely stay here again

Get away stay

We had a fantastic get away from work and family for a needed rejuvenating experience! This is a great home super clean and organized and felt like a home away from home. Great location walking distance to lots of places. We would recommend this property to friends!

Perfect house

Home away from home

A great place to return to after a day of adventuring! This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located with easy access. Shower water pressure was ideal, beds and furniture super comfy, cleanliness throughout, and hot tub was pristine. Check in/out was a breeze with clear instructions to follow. Hiking Heaven in Sedona

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO house in Sedona. It was impeccably clean, just the right size, and provided a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub was a definite highlight, offering a soothing soak after a day of hiking. The location couldn't have been better, centrally situated for easy access to all the attractions. Despite some road construction nearby, it didn't affect our enjoyment of the place at all. Highly recommend for a tranquil getaway in Sedona!

There are so many things to do here with special events and festivals throughout the year as well as the hiking & biking trails, wineries, entertainment, vortexes, golf courses, artistic community and nearby historical monuments, Slide Rock State Park, Pink Jeep tours and more...something for everyone!

We aim to please our guests by making your stay with us as comfortable and easy as possible in our casual but lovely surroundings. We are sticklers for cleanliness and have a great location, central to Sedona and close to so many wonderful things including spectacular scenery, shopping and world class restaurants, hiking/biking trails and Uptown Sedona. The Village of Oak Creek is just 6 miles away with 3 public golf courses and Oak Creek Canyon a few miles to the North, featuring many sites including Slide Rock State Park. The Grand Canyon is approximately 2 hours away and is awe-inspiring at any time of year, as are our gorgeous red rock formations. Make your Sedona trip comfortable & memorable here at Sedona Serenity House.
