Only 15 min from Eureka Springs this Cozy cabin has all the amenities you would need. get a front row seat as you watch the beautiful Kings River flow by as you sit on the large covered back deck and enjoy port swing and fire. Marvel at the amazing view of the Kings river with river access depending on the level the river. The Kings river provides all the entertainment you need, you can kayak, float, swim, layout on the sandy rocky gravel bars or fish, bass, crappie, walleye, or catfish. If you are just looking for peace and quiet you can watch the eagles, kingfishers, and blue heron soar over the sparkling serene water, and relax in a beautifully refurbished cabin, it seem a world away from hustle and bustle but is only 15 minutes from shopping and dinning in Eureka Springs and 50 minutes from Branson.

We loved this little cabin! The view was stunning and although near another cabin and house, it still felt super private and secluded. The hosts were quick to respond when we needed something as well. Would definitely stay again!

It was awesome. The cabin had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and the back porch was relaxing . The view was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean cabin with everything one would need. Tv was a ways from sitting on couch and with my old eyes it was tough but it worked good. Isolated except for one house and one other cabin. Exactly how we pictured it. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good with nice water pressure. We loved the area. Lots to see and great out of the way places to eat. We would stay again if ever in the area.

Quiet and peaceful

Very nice cabin with a beautiful view of the river.It had everything we needed.A/C worked great, the king bed was comfortable.We loved sitting out on the back porch in the evening listening to the frogs.

So beautiful!

We were so blessed by how quiet and peaceful this place was. We had one day with the property and the river all to ourselves and it felt magical! Even when others showed up to the other cabins, we still felt like we had plenty of our own space. Stunning views and clean beautiful cabins. Thank you!

Excellent stay!

The property was amazing! Very Beautiful! The pictures does not do this place justice! I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Our view from the back deck at sunset was perfect. It was such a relaxing weekend not far from Berryville and Eureka Springs. I cannot say enough good rhings about this place.

Pictures do not do this property and cabin justice. So clean and welcoming and cozy, wonderful location with beautiful views. Very very please with our stay.

Lovely rural setting 15 to 20 minutes from hiking and biking trails and nice restaurants. Property was advertised to have fireplace and outdoor fire pit, but no matches/lighter, starter block, kindling, or wood was provided. Some items were not in stock at the local Walmart as host recommended. Guests may want to bring those items from their own homes.

Eagle Cabin

Stayed 5 days and 4 nights. Everything we needed was provided except food and detergent, and we had taken care of that. Very pretty location and quiet. Our second time staying here and we'll be back.

Refreshing experience

This cabin is impeccably maintained, with tasteful decor and stunning views. It offers a peaceful, secluded retreat, yet is just a short drive from downtown Eureka Springs if you're looking for more to explore. The deck provides a beautiful vantage point of the river and a lovely gravel bar, perfect for lounging in the sun. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for our 17th anniversary and it was great. We love recluse areas even though we had neighbors at times everyone was pleasant. There are 3 rentals on the property. It is close to the water and we enjoyed being able to fish and swim closely. The bed is great! The cabin was clean and it has a washer and dryer. The shower head sprays hard! But it was very nice! We would recommended this place and the host and wpuld definitely book again!!

I fell coming out the front door when the top step came loose. My son (visiting for the afternoon) braced the tread with a couple of rocks. This is in no way a permanent fix and should be attended to.Place was clean and comfortable.I did not use the laundey.

Peaceful and Private

We enjoyed our stay immensely. While the house behind the cabins is closer than expected we felt like we had full privacy. The cabin was clean and just as the pictures show. The communication was a little slow but it is my understanding that the current owners may be selling so it was a very busy weekend for all. The only other thing that could have made it perfect was if the water level was at its normal height but no one can control the weather!
