Our owner-built Lake Lodge has all of the fun things we look for when we go on vacation: location - we are in the heart of wine country, minutes away from several wineries - space, luxury, beauty, games, a bar, a hot tub, and access to a great private beach that includes a dock. A large, new deck offers sweeping views of the Lake; a just-renovated and expanded bar room/porch has a bar, darts, pool, and a large hot tub with views of the lake.

Lake Beach is a healthy walk from house.

Beautiful cabin with a giant deck overlooking the lake, game room and hot tub. Host was gracious, responded quickly and was very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again, hopefully longer next time.

Great Stay

This is a great place to stay!!! He host commutation is excellent, respnse right away, very helpful! The scenary is amazing! Will definitely be going back!

Family's first time at Keuka Lake

4 Bedrooms. Nice open kitchen and eating area. TVs in every room. HUGE deck with great views of lake. Dock was nice with kayaks. Was perfect for a 3 day getaway!!! Owner was super, super friendly and helpful

Spacious Retreat

Host was very accessible. Property had plenty of space and great high ceilings. The location was convenient to Hammondsport and wineries except for the road construction.

Disappointment

The property does not have that welcoming feeling. It is more like you are renting my house when I am out for the weekend. Dirty, did not appear to be disinfected at all, mildew in bathrooms, electrical, electrical tape around a light switch, etc., there is really not a bar. Game items well used, beds are old and not comfortable at all. There are no handrails on the stairs anywhere. I tried to contact the owner and seemed hours or the next day he would contact me back. The entire property needs updating and a thorough cleaning. He stated they spent 7 hours cleaning, but the stove top and toaster oven were dirty, the registers for the heat were very dirty and dusty, There are also small and few towels. I fell that the property was really not represented well. Even a communication board to inform the customers where the nearest hospital is or welcome. Sights to see. As I said not a warm welcoming feeling when we arrived. I have never had an experience like this before. Lori Pritchard Sheridan

This property was perfect. Great location, secluded, listing was very accurate, and Jon was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation expectations exceeded.

The Terry house was above and beyond what we envisioned it would be. The perfect blend of the outdoors, comfort, and entertainment all in one place. Everyone from the adults - to the semi adult children - to the pups felt like they were at home from the moment we arrived. The host (Jon) was beyond amazing from the day we booked, throughout our stay, and until after we checked out. An exact measurement and delivery of hospitality.

Weekend Getaway for Concert at the Point of the Bluff

We were pleased with the property. Plenty of room, great location with view of lake. Close to wineries and breweries that we wanted to visit. Very relaxing. Owner went out of his way to be accessible for questions.

Great lake vista and proximity to lake

Amazing house on a hill above Keuka Lake. Jon has lake access with a dock. From the house, you walk down access roads and then a private stairway 125 steps down from street level. The main levels of the house are second and third floors. Only caution is to people with physical challenges to stairs. The first floor has amazing recreation options including a hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped. A great getaway with adult chilren and grandchildren.

Beautiful views and great location...recommended!!!

Jon's property was very welcoming and has numerous recent improvements. It's very homey and lived-in, just what we like in a relaxing vacation stay. Everything we needed was provided to include a bottle of wine! We loved that we could bring our dog along. If there was one drawback it's that there are a lot of steps to get down to the 'beach.' The dock has been replaced and we were able to dock our rental pontoon boat. We hope to be back to Jon's property.
