Clean and great location

Had a lovely relaxed and quiet stay for a Mayo appt. Terrific place to stay with a pet ! Just was very pleasant,accommodating and readily available .

Healing Experience

Beautiful space above a garage in a quiet, natural neighborhood. The owners were attentive and classy. We did not want to leave, and even intend on building something similar someday for personal use. We cannot wait to go back in the future!

Short stay for just myself and my son

This is such a beautiful area and the beach is great. the family is lovely but be sure to ask if you can use the freezer downstairs if you need one.

Perfect for weekend getaway

This large studio located over the garage on the owners home property was perfect for my husband, dogs and me! We were in town to visit in-laws and needed our own, pet friendly space. The studio was spacious, clean and the location was excellent! We walked to the beach, quick drive to restaurants/shopping in Ponte Vedra and not too far to Vilano beach/St.Augustine. The owners were friendly, welcoming and communication was exceptional. Although the family lives on the premises, we felt like we had privacy. Steps up to studio and unpaved driveway may not work for elderly/disabled.

A Great Little Bungalow in a Beautiful Neighbourhood

This is a lovely, clean and recently renovated space above a garage on a property that backs onto a nature reserve. It's a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood that's only a short drive from Jacksonville's many beaches and with grocery stores, restaurants and amenities only 5-10 minutes drive away. There's plenty of room for a couple or a small family, although more than two people might find it a little "cozy" and the kitchenette is well-appointed with a kuerig coffee machine, microwave, minifridge and a toaster oven that's so advanced it's basically a small oven. The king-sized bed is spacious and comfy and there's a pullout sofa bed as well. The hosts live in the main house on the same property and are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. About the only downside to this great rental is the two flights of stairs to get up to the room, which will be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. A great place to stay in the Jacksonville area and I'd definitely come again next time I'm in town.

Nice get away for hubby & I anniversary

Host was very attentive and easy to work with. She agreed to let us come for early check in but we then ran late (sorry!) The area is beautiful and the house is a short bike ride to an amazing beach. The cottage was above the garage and was the perfect size for hubby and I. It was clean and decorated really nicely. Bed was comfy, I slept really good and the pillows were great too. Only negative -the photos show a hammock and great view (which I love to drink my morning coffee to) but that wasn’t the case when we were there. We couldn’t access the hammock or enjoy that view without walking through all of the kids stuff in the main house yard. But, I took am walks instead and the neighborhood was very nice. We stayed busy away from the house and visited St Augustine and Jacksonville Beach which were 20-30 mins from the house. Super fun things to do and we really enjoyed our time at this super cute cottage! Had everything we needed and more, would highly recommend- we had a blast! Host provided bikes for us to use, beach bag w/towels & sunblock too.!
