Little Women's Villa Condo in Village Stream

Welcome to Little Women's Villa where you will be only 1.5 miles from the main strip of Parkway. Your stay is a 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom with a full Kitchen, living room & private balcony where you can enjoy some Smokey Mountain views! You will have access to the condo's community pool that is open during the warm months of summer. You will have WIFI, and smart ROKU TV available. Washer & dryer on premises. Towels, soaps & toilet paper provided. Enjoy the Village Stream right outside your door!
The space
Your stay is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an additional jacuzzi room & sofa bed sleeper. You will have a full Kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and all utensils, pots and pans provided. You will have a balcony, washer & dryer on premises. Community pool that is open during the warm summer months. You will be 1.5 miles from the main strip of Parkway where there are sky lifts, coasters down the mountain, shopping, restaurants & much more! You will be 10 miles from Dollywood.
Guest access
You will have access to the community pool outside that is open only during the warm months of summer. Community barbecue pit & laundry mat room that is also on the premises. Laundry Mat takes quarters and is located down the steps by the pool.
Other things to note
Towels, rags, soaps, toilet paper and dishwashing pod is provided for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner & coffee is not provided.

We can't accommodate early check in times before 4pm as the cleaning crew has planned their time accordingly and needs the full time to get the place perfect for your stay. You're welcome to come anytime after 4pm. Thank you for understanding.

Checkout is at 11am sharp as cleaners have planned accordingly.
CHECKOUT RULES:
Bring all trash accumulated during your stay to the dumpster located in the outside parking lot. Place all used dishes & silverware in the dishwasher and put a dishwashing Pod in and turn it on. Pods are located under the kitchen sink. Place all used towels and rags in the bathtubs.
Cleaners have very tight deadlines and even minor delays can cause major scheduling conflicts and result in additional charges which are passed on to the guest. Consequences for late checkouts are:
$25 after the first 30 minutes and additionally $50 will REOCCUR EVERY 30 minutes until the premises has been vacated.
**No Smoking indoors and no pets allowed.**
**No events or parties.**
