Cozy townhouse at the base of Snow Summit Ski Resort!

This Two Bedroom Premier Townhouse is literally steps away from Snow Summit ski resort. Staying here allows you to take your time getting ready and simply walk out your front door to the nearest chair lift. Dishes and utensils are provided, and the full kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal as you would in your own home complete with oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave.
Relax in a living room complete with a fireplace and flat screen TV with cable. Keep warm with central heating throughout the Townhouse while you enjoy free wireless internet. Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with private bath and king bed. Our second bedroom has a queen bed with a secondary bathroom located across the hall.
Escape For All Seasons is conveniently located so that you can enjoy all mountain activities with very little, if any, driving required. We are only moments to the lake and minutes to the center of town. The National Forest with hiking and bike trails are directly adjacent to the complex. Come stay with us and enjoy everything that Big Bear has to offer!

Big Bear trip

We had a great time! The location of this place to Snow Summit could not be beat. We just walked over to the mountain to ski/snowboard. It was very cozy. The management was nice, prompt, and helpful. The only problem was that our unit 61 did not have wifi which was a bit of an inconvenience. We had to use a neighboring unit’s wifi which did not work for my boyfriend’s cell and no working phone in the unit. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars and no complaints. In fact when we come back we will highly consider staying there again just not in that unit.

Thank you Kim for your comments. The current WiFi for the Association is limited and shared. However, in about 60 days, a new contract will be in effect and the each townhouse will have their own high speed internet which should resolve the internet issue. Hopefully we will see you again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 61, excellent space, clean cabin, we had a problem with the TV but reported it and got it resolved. I would definitely stay again or recommend to family and friends. Easy access to slopes, always found a parking spot. The cabin had all the appliances we needed and a great oven. The bed in main room was really comfortable, and the futon in the living room was very nice for my 14yo to sleep in. The heating system in the bathroom was perfect. I would bring extra trash bags next time or just ask for more upon check in. Check in was fast, check out was faster.
