Available before, during and after your arrival, our team offers you personalized support: exclusive recommendations, responsive assistance and tailor-made services. Here, everything is designed for your comfort.

As soon as you arrive, let yourself be seduced by an elegant and refined living space, designed to offer a stay under the sign of comfort and serenity. The generous volumes, enhanced by a neat decoration, create a warm and soothing atmosphere.

The living room, facing the sea, bathed in natural light and lulled by the gentle sound of the waves, invites you to relax in a friendly setting - ideal for prolonging the moments shared after a beautiful day by the sea.

🛏️ On the night side, each space has been fitted out to guarantee comfort and privacy:
• A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) with a direct view of the Pines de La Baule.
• A sofa bed in the living room, TV, dining table

🍳 The open, fully equipped kitchen combines aesthetics and functionality: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine... everything is designed to cook with simplicity and pleasure.

🛁 The functional bathroom with shower, a separate toilet completes the set for more comfort on a daily basis.

🌞 Outside, a terrace offering a direct view of the sea harmoniously extends the living spaces and invites you to savor every moment: breakfast in the morning light, a relaxing break or an aperitif facing the sunset over the sea.

For key collection and end-of-stay cleaning, a flat rate of €45 will be requested in addition to the rental price (only for short stays). This amount will be paid on arrival.

The provision of linen remains optional:
– You can bring your own sheets and towels.
– Or, on request, we can provide you with linen, with beds prepared on arrival, for an extra charge of €20/bed.
