Sporting a modern, coastal design, the interior features a bright, open layout. With modern essentials including central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The kitchen boasts a custom backsplash, custom counters, and updated stainless-steel appliances. Breakfast bar seating is available for four, and a four-seater dining table is set for full meals. With entry from the bedroom and living room, the private balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Sprawl out on the living room sofa for a movie night on the wall-mounted smart TV, or head straight to the bedroom to enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of the bed with the en suite flatscreen TV.
THINGS TO KNOW
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
This condo is currently for sale, and we may request showings during your stay.
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
