The tranquil master suite has a comfy king-size bed, 48” flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.


The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 32” flat-screen TV, while the en-suite bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.


Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.


OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES


Spend relaxing evenings on the private balcony, which offers views of the inlet, pool, and Gulf. A table seats four to alfresco meals. Watch for stately egrets and herons that reside in the marsh.


Also enjoy fun-filled days lounging by the hot tub (open year round) and the unheated pool (closed from October 1st - April 1st). There is also a community gas grill available for use.

Parking of motorcycles, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, boats, motor homes, campers, jet skis, or any recreational equipment is strictly prohibited on Sea Mark Tower property.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
